I am very much at the point of moving to online ordering as local Walgreens pharmacy just keeps failing. Last 4 issues a) misleading or wrong directions/answers to question about insurance, 2) incorrect incomplete prescriptions, 3) constant out of stock on specific prescriptions which the delays delivery for weeks at times. 4) today.... Simple prescription provided and accepted before lunch break .. still not available by closing time on Sunday so with any luck may get it Monday.. glad it's not a MAJOR problem, simple breathing issue... read more

I've been going to this pharmacy now for about 8-10 years and now that CVS (the worst pharmacy on the planet) has bought this location now many many customers are now having to find a different pharmacy. Only because now they don't take united Healthcare..... many many many people in the state of Washington have united Healthcare... I had to transfer my prescriptions from a pharmacy that closed to Walgreens. The pharmacy does not have enough staff! Each time I have been there, both inside and drive thru, there has been a long wait. Today, I saw one person going back and forth between the people waiting in line inside and the people in the drive thru (4 cars at the time). Two other people were filling prescription, I assume. On another occasion the person in front of me, seemed to know the person getting her prescription as they spent quite a bit of time chatting about personal life. Everyone has been nice but they need help!! Please hire more staff! read more

The pharmacy needs help. My dad needed a post operation prescription filled and 3 days later it's still not ready. Upon calling to see if it's ready, the clerk hung up on us. My experience at this Walgreens location was satisfactory. I made an appointment to get two shots, when I arrived at the shop window I waited approximately five minutes. No one came to the window, so I went to the normal pharmacy window. The woman that assisted me at the pharmacy window was annoyed I wasn't at the shot window, but nobody came to the shop window (I waited 5 minutes). This could easily be fixed if they had a bell/ringer at the shot window. I completed the medical information online prior to my arrival, but the store couldn't retrieved the I formation, so I had to fill out the medical record form again. This was very redundant and a waste of time. The positive part of my visit, was the pharmacist that gave my shots. She did an excellent job. I received two shots, and they were perfect sticks; I did not feel them. Overall, this Walgreens has everything you need, they just need to make their processes more efficient. read more

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! They have the slowest, rudest pharmacists I have ever dealt with. Tonight was the last straw!!! The pharmacy closes at 10:00pm. I was in line behind one other person at 9:40pm. After about 5 minutes of no one coming to the window, I asked the guy in front of me if they know we're here. He said yes. I looked around him and saw 1 pharmacist, slowly filling about 15 prescriptions. No one was there for all 15 prescriptions. I expected some could have waited until tomorrow, so that those on site could be helped. She finally came to the window and helped one person that was sitting. Then she helped the guy ahead of me. Then when I walked up to the window she said. I'm closed. You'll have to come back tomorrow. I said I'm leaving tonight and that my prescriptions are ready and paid for. She said our hours are posted. You should have gotten here before 10:00pm. Why would you get in a line after 10:00pm. (It was now 10:10pm.) I said I'd been in line since 20 minutes to 10:00pm. She said I helped everyone who was in line before 10:00pm. I said you haven't yet, because I have been here for 30 minutes. You just didn't see me because you were at the other end and the guy in front of me was standing so far back from the window, you couldn't see me around the corner but I looked around and saw you. She again said why would you get in line after 10:00 when our hours are clearly posted. I repeated that I was there, she just didn't see me. I also stated that my prescriptions are ready and paid for. All she had to do was turn around and grab them out of the bin. She restated that I would have to return tomorrow. I explained that I was heading out for a road trip right then and would be in Oregon tomorrow. She said, well then you'll have to pick them up in Oregon, and she closed the gate on me! ARRRGGGG! Like I said this isn't the first time I've had a problem with them. I've been coming to this store for 36 years and only have had problems for the last 2 years. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but NO MORE. This will never happen to me again. I'll take my business elsewhere. I'm done!!! read more

It would be zero stars if it was an option. Yesterday at 10am my doc submitted a RX for a muscle relaxer (I was having back muscle spasms so bad I couldn't stand up, hardly walk and couldn't drive). The Walgreen's app stated the Rx would be filled by 1:00. It was filled until noon TODAY (26 hours later) and since I can't drive I signed up and paid for the same-day delivery service (I can't drive in this condition). It is 7pm and still no Rx delivered. It's been 34 hours since the Rx was submitted and I still don't have the muscle relaxers. If anyone has ever had severe (back) pain, hours feel like days. (Late yesterday I tried to transfer the Rx to another pharmacy, but Walmart did not able to respond to the request to transfer it. As painful as my last day and a half have been, thank god this wasn't a life threatening condition that required a Rx to be filled. read more

Devon helped me today, horrible customer service! I greeted him and asked for he was, he looked at me funny and said good. LOL I get that sometimes you don't wanna hold a conversation with a customer and that's fair but his attitude was just nasty. Also a customer before me had left there trash on the counter and asked if it belonged to me looking at me with disgust???? That was a really uncomfortable interaction. Pharmacy is very hard to work with! Lines are long and slow unless you get there at 8:00am when they open. Extremely slow to fill a prescription even if it's an antibiotic. Some staff are rude and not helpful. If you call to see when your Rx is ready usually an hour wait! I've been patient for a few years but now I'm done . Finding another pharmacy! read more

I wish I could leave ZERO STARS for this pharmacy. All I can say is DO NOT GO to this location. I was never able to get my prescription filled from them. I ended up just going to Bartell's as they are far superior. 1. The wait for drive up is absolutely insane! Takes about 20 minutes if there are 1-2 cars in the line. 2. They didn't understand what my member ID is for on my insurance card so I was told it would take over an hour for them to type it in. Mind you I have NEVER had this experience anywhere else. No one has had an issue with my card and number for about 10+ years. 3. I only went to this place because it was close to where I was at and open an hour later than other places. I will now be just driving across town to avoid this location. 4. After requesting my prescription online I was told that I would be contacted in a few j hours or if I hadn't heard to give them a call to verify. Never got a call and no one ever even answered the phone for over 30 minutes. Eventually just hung up. This happened every time I called! Nothing. Just the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Just to be spiteful, I put the phone on speaker and watch TV or clean because I know they won't answer the phone. If I could give negative stars I would! The Pharmacist Sinae is super rude and treats customers awful! I called in to refill my prescriptions and she kept cutting me off and would not let me talk. Finally when I started cutting her off screamed at me and then hung up on me! I had no way to see if she actually put in my refills. I contacted customer service and was told on a recorded line that the pharmacy has several complaints. I had to call back the store to find out if my refills went in and got two different employees who were also NOT caring! Bottom line Walgreens you need to train your employees better! This store is within walking distance so I decided to try to return a package using their Fed Ex section. When I walked in, the person at the front counter didn't even acknowledge my presence. When I found the Fed Ex counter there were four people in line. It didn't even look like anyone was working there. That is until the employee said she'd be right with me. Absolutely awful customer service in the pharmacy. I have been using this pharmacy for years, lately, with every experience i get more and more disappointed. Today was the last straw. On Saturday I have ordered 2 refill prescriptions that the pharmacy has in stock. A message of it being ready came in late on Sunday. I went to pick up the meds on Monday only to find out that one of the meds was not filled for no apparent reason. The drive-through line took over 20 min. The pharmacist handed the prescription and ran off before I could even see what she handed to me. I stood there for another 10 ringing the bell before she realized i was there. When she came back i told her about it, she said it was not filled and come back tomorrow. Well, tomorrow came and another 30 min in the drive-through to notify me that it was not filled again and to come back in 45 min. Another 30 min in the drive-through line is in my future I guess. No doubt I will not be returning to this pharmacy anymore. The wait time so far to fill a prescription is unacceptable. Despite receiving my prescription 25 minutes before close, I was told they were -- for all intents and purposes-- closed to new orders for the night because the store supplies them with too many closing duties during advertised "open" hours of operation to fill them before close. This is no way to run a business. The people working the pharmacy seemed friendly and reasonable. Walgreens on Larch Way and 164th in Lynnwood Washington has an INCREDIBLE staff in the pharmacy. I was a customer for years until I had to switch due to an insurance change. God I miss my peeps! The all knew my name. They knew all my meds. They freaking CARED!!! Whenever there was a problem they straightened it out with the doctor! I was contacted so fast about everything. I was forced to switch to a bartells.. Never seen such unhelpful surly bitter unhappy people-haters in my life! I go back to my Walgreens for all my Med questions. And they are happy to help me. I love that there is something open every day of the year, 24 hours a day near my house. This place does get pretty busy, but its a great place to stop off if you forget something and everything else is closed. It has a large parking lot and a drive thru pharmacy. Plus its located in an area without too much other retail options around. It seems like a lot of people do their last minute Christmas shopping here. Also be sure to check back for the after holiday sales. Its also a place to pick up a few last minute grocery items or grab a snack if you are hungry. And most importantly those health and wellness items when you are sick. The pharmacy is currently not 24 hours, but very efficient. I have been refilling my prescriptions here for years. If you call them in they are usually ready within an hour. I like that they offer to let you check out the rest of your items as well. If you go here frequently make sure you sign up for the rewards club to save money and earn points. read more

They somehow got my review taken down. But yes this is the worst place ever and even screws up your medication counts on a narcotic which should never ever happen for how they have to check it. Took them 3 days of arguing to finally go back and do count and realized they messed up. GO TO CVS down the road on 196th st. They are so much better and it's always ready in under 30 minutes. I have requested my medication here several times at Walgreens for the date of refill letting them know I need it to be ready for a vacation and check in once a day just to make sure and still get there and they tell me they won't have it ready too late until the afternoon. They will also screw you over by letting you know your medication will be ready in an hour for you to come back a 7:45 to have them already be closed even though they are suppose to be open until 10pm. Their systems and management are so bad they can't retain employees. I have seen little old ladies cry because their pain meds aren't ready and they have already been told for 3 or 4 days straight it would be and she is at the mercy of getting rides to be there while being in so much pain from hip surgery. I always have to call and hope an employee helps me if I want my prescription in a reasonable amount of time(a few days). the employees there seem to be working hard and doing their best. Walgreens has a habit of understaff their facilities. They scam the uninsured by charging a 2000% mark up on prescriptions but they skimp on any amount of custome service. also the on hold noises are very annoying. it's classical music for 20 seconds and then a robot for 20 seconds saying "I'm sorry for the wait we are working on answering your call. there is three callers ahead of you. back to classical rinse and repeat. please remove robot I've heard it say that line thousands of times at this point. please do better Walgreens. I don't want to switch because it's a hustle but at this point it's probably my best choice. I've never seen a company so bad at scamming me and not taking my money. read more

She kept talking over me without even trying to understand what my question is. Went to do a return on a item that and I presented the original receipt. Cashier asked if I wanted cash or put back on card, I said card. Next thing I know she swipes a store merchandise card. Cashier really didn't explain why she put my return on a store credit even though I had the original receipt and the item wasn't even open. I did speak with the manager and she stated that she couldn't void the transaction. Not sure why the transaction couldn't be voided bc I know other retailers have the ability to do so. I come here to get my prescription and the pharmacist and whoever else helps through the drive through not sure of their name it is 11/10/2022 at 12:00 pm are rude and rush me when I ask questions about how to take my prescription which is shocking considering this is medication we are dealing with. I will be changing to a different place to pick up my medication that does not mind explaining to me and answering my questions without speaking to me like I am asking too many questions. read more

As long as you don't need to deal with the pharmacy manager you're probably ok. Most recently she kept talking over me assuming she knew what I was asking, even once she finally stop talking at my instance she was still zero help for what should have been a very easy issue. This is the same pharmacist who wouldn't let me pay cash for a prescription telling me it was "illegal to pay cash if you have insurance". In that case I was able to transfer it to a different Walgreen, and you guessed it, pay cash. Useless. read more

I feel terrible for the nice pharmacist who worked here. The tech, not so much. The tech didn't know the difference between ear and eye medication for an infection. This is a 24 pharmacy, BUT, THEY DON'T CARRY COMMON ANTIBIOTICS THAT PEOPLE GET RX'S for at urgent care......why are you open? Then you send me to Wal-Mart in Lynnwood and tell me Rite-Aid is right next to it. It's ACTUALLY a couple miles down a road into Mill Creek!!!! All when someone is driving with an eye infection trying to get an antibiotic. I repeat, why are you open?
