UPDATE: August 1, 2025 I had laser surgery on my eyes this morning and needed to pick up an Rx prescribed by the doctor right away. I had forgotten about the pharmacy being closed for lunch from 1:30 PM until 2:00 PM for lunch break. When I arrived a few minutes past 1:30 PM a very kind associate named Michael allowed me to pick up my eye drops, even though they were closing. When I got back to the car in the parking lot, I administered the eye drops and got immediate relief. Thank you Michael for your valuable service. This will not go unnoticed which is why I felt it necessary to update my review. You should be commended for excellent service and I will mention this to Gwen Rigor the next time I am there. read more

9/10 times I go here to pick up my prescriptions, I endure actual trauma experiences. You wait for over half hour, in line, barely able to stand from your ailment. Then when you finally reach the front, you pray for anyone to barely regard you. I witnessed two of them just leave the store, with 17 people in line, instead of helping us! Furthermore, after you've received a notification on your phone confirming your RX's not ready, they rarely actually are. There is ALWAYS a problem. Walgreen has officially gone into the bin. Sometimes the assistants are kind; the rest of the times they are pretentious, God-complex, megalomaniacs. Find anywhere else to be at the mercy of what is currently (and continues to be, with no silver lining in sight) our Washington State Healthcare regime. We are all lambs to the slaughter. read more

I would give the pharmacy a negative rating. I've now moved all my medication to a non-Walgreens store because of their incompetence. My medication has always been setup with autofill but I have to call every time 4-days after for an update. Then they say it will be ready in 15 min. Why do I have to call? This is what autofill is for. read more

A person (can't tell if the go by he/her or them) "helped" me out in the photo department but seemed like they hated every second I needed help. When I asked if I can retake the picture they said "well just have to start over if you want that" which I didn't mind but they sure did. I don't know why it seem such an inconvenience to staff to actually help you without showing such hate for their job. Had to return the photo at other location. read more

Yelp REALLY needs to have a "No Stars" choice. I was ignored for 25 minutes while 3 "managers" stared at their computer screen trying to figure out what was wrong with it. I finally lit into them and they were too stupid to see what they did wrong. I called the corporation and was told a district manager wou call me within 48 hours. A week later...no call. I called corporate again only to be told "within 48 hours". Another week later, after no call, I changed pharmacies. The guy finally called and I told him I had changed. Unlike a professional, he did not ask me what had happened. Obvious why the store staff is so incompetent. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at Walgreens Photo. The staff member taking my photo was unfriendly, unresponsive, and lacked professionalism--even when I politely greeted her. She didn't mention the free digital copy option, which I only discovered later on the Walgreens website. I believe her colleague asked about it, but she said no without even checking with me. She seemed irritated and never smiled from the beginning when I said Hi. I'm not sure if bias played a role, but the service felt unwelcoming. If you're looking for a pleasant experience, I wouldn't recommend Walgreens Photo. Unfortunately, I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

This pharmacy is honestly horrible. They literally shorted me on my blood pressure meds because who ever filled the latest refill couldn't read the updated RX that my doctor sent over. So they filled an old RX amount and then put that bottle in a bag with the new RX amount. Basically the label on my prescription bottle doesn't match the RX info on the bag. I will be filing an official complaint once they open. read more

Another great Walgreens in the Mill Creek area, though the address says Lynnwood. Very friendly and helpful staffs. They are always there to help. Used their photo service multiple times. Always the orders came out accurate. Very happy with the experience so far. Accessibility to this location is tricky, but more than enough parking spots available. read more

This isn't the sort of thing I'd normally take time to review, because it usually seems like big chain stores are all the same, and reviewing medical services always seems like a strange choice. But after a recent experience trying to get vaccinated, these guys stand out in a good way. I went to the CVS on Airport Road, with the Rx in hand to get a routine vax. I've already finished my C19 vaxxes, so this wasn't even a high-demand inoculation. Just a regular shot for adults. CVS couldn't do it. The tech fumbled around with scheduling and payment and I finally left in frustration. I came into Walgreen's yesterday and it's what you'd expect from a big chain drugstore--large, well-lit, tons of stuff on the shelves, people bustling everywhere. The pharmacy area is small in the back, but there are all different kinds of people waiting. Registering takes a few minutes, mostly because people keep showing up and the clerks have so much to do. The pharmacist himself helps them out, covering phone calls, making sure everybody can keep going at full speed. It dawns on me that there was NO ONE trying to get anything from the cvs clinic, but lots of people are here trying to get care. That says something. Everyone is super nice, and the pharmacist himself comes out to administer the shot, answering all my questions, and giving me all the info I need for future visits, etc. They did all this after I just registered online for an appointment. There was no charge, they took my insurance easily. Compare this to my experience at cvs, where I usually get my Rx filled. cvs couldn't figure out how to schedule me or let my insurance cover the shot, so I had to leave, even though they're my regular pharmacy. Walgreen's handled it all easily, all in a day's work, even though they were busy and aren't my regular pharmacy. Way better experience here. read more

I will give them one star for being decent humans at least. I scheduled an apt for 4:15. Was called and said a double booking occurred and to come at 4:30. Well by the time my apt happened it was a little after 5pm. Just felt very disheveled and chaotic. Also interesting to hear the lady behind the computer talking about how red a customer got not getting his way. Time and place right? When I finally left from my 4:30 rapid covid test it was 5:25. Additionally, ZERO hand sanitizer at the pharmacy and or front, which I think is kinda gross. read more

I've been going here for almost 4 years for prescription pick up via drive-thru, along with convenient shopping. It's not the store itself that's the issue here, it's the pharmaceuticals. I've never had previous issues here throughout that timeframe, however I must say, today has not been the day. My doctor prescribed the wrong syringe/needle, okay that's a misunderstanding from both parties that's nor my fault or the pharmacies. However. Went back to get the correct syringe & needle, they gave me the wrong size even though my account shows my previous pick ups are the same, always have been, never changed. Had to go back again to say what I needed. One of them mentioned that they are used to 1" size and not the 5/8's. My medical record states all the necessities required for pick up yet they didn't ask. I might be changing locations but I'll always give a 2nd try. read more

Where to begin? This is a garbage Walgreens with inept and untruthful employees and managers- save yourself and just drive to literally ANY OTHER WALGREENS. I have given this place several chances and I am now over it. Today, like many other times, I stopped by to drop off a FedEx return with a QR code in lieu of a printed label. Again, I have done this many times to include THIS location. The first younger dark-haired guy can't get the scanner to work. He asks for help over the PA and an older Asian lady screams "what do you want?" from the front checkstand. He explains he is having trouble with the scanner. She finally comes over and says to me that I need a printed label. I explain that I don't, that this is the point of the QR code, to not need to print a label. Again she says I need a printed label. Again I say I do not. Finally the poor first guy asks for "Steve" over the PA who presumably is a manager. Steve comes out and says he has "never used the scanner". I explain that I have brought FedEx returns with QR codes countless times to Walgreens to include this one. Steve says "Well I've worked at nine Walgreens and we have never done this at any of them." I explain for the 4th time that I have done this multiple times at various Walgreens to include this one. I further explain that it would be one thing to say "I don't know how to do it" or "It's not currently working", but to say "Walgreens doesn't accept Fedex QR codes" is simply untrue. Gaslighting your customers is not considered great customer service. I do not appreciate being treated like I'm a liar when YOU are the straight up liars. If Walgreens is looking to close stores, please put store #6302 at the top of your list! From their own website: "New! Easy FedEx returns at Walgreens. Print your participating retailer's return shipping label at select Walgreens. When you set up your FedEx return through the retailer you purchased from, you'll receive an email with a FedEx return label or a FedEx return code including a QR code and RMA number. If you receive a QR code, bring it to a participating Walgreens and a store associate will print the FedEx return shipping label for you." read more

They have been closing their pharmacy without ever updating their hours causing so much chaos. What a disaster! Terrible customer service. I suggest letting people know you're closed before prescriptions are sent there. read more

This pharmacy should be put out if business. Their pharmacy specializes in excuses. Covid staffing shortages over 2 years later is no longer an excuse, it's just your business model. 1 hour holding on the phone, prescriptions repeatedly not refilled a week after calling them in and now closed at 6:00 pm and Saturday and Sundays. A fire also in the midst of all these unacceptable examples of poor customer service. People need to be able to rely on getting their heart and Dementia medications. Simply stating your short staffed doesn't cut it. Even QFC nearby knows the brain damage of not being able to get a prescription simply transferred to their store because a courtesy call back is too much to ask. Fingers crossed that a company that specializes in customer service buys you out! read more

I'm not really into leaving reviews, but the pharmacy service I have received at this location has been absolutely stellar. I had an insurance change which caused my auto refills to cancel and my Walgreens app to be "wiped clean," meaning it stored none of my prior data. I called today and spoke with Pharmacist Michael for over 15 minutes. He was calm and kind as he went over my preferences for each of my 5 medications and the notifications I wanted. He was unhurried and made a stressful situation for me so much easier to deal with than I could have anticipated. I work in healthcare so I know that finding a retail pharmacy that provides this level of customer experience is difficult! Additionally, I don't know her name... but one of the techs remembers MY name and greets me personally each time I visit. She has short dark hair that is sometimes tinted with blue or green. She is such a gem!! read more

I would give a lower rating if I could. I understand staff shortages, etc, but -- and not for the first time -- I was on hold for almost one hour and then they hung up on me. My daughter who was trying to pick up my prescription today said the pharmacy line snaked around and several were complaining of the same thing....long waits and being hung up on. However, this is not my primary complaint. I have Covid and my daughter was picking up the Rx for it. When she finally got to the counter, they said they couldn't fill it and instructed her to go to another Walgreen Pharmacy. BUT THEY DID NOT PUT MY PRESCRIPTIONS INTO THEIR DATA BASE SO IT COULD NOT BE FILLED. (They closed shortly after my daughter left.) This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used ... and I've been using pharmacies for over 50 years. I will be transferring my records to another pharmacy as soon as I am able to go into public again. Frankly, I won't be surprised if Walgreens goes out of business. I know too many people who have already stopped using them. read more

It's a great neighborhood store. Convenient if you need something and don't want the long drive and long lines of shoppers at Fred Meyer. It has a photo department and pharmacy, snacks and those things you might want. Reading the negative review about the wall tagged at the drive-through prompts me to say, this has nothing to do with Walgreens. Rate the store, its friendly employees and the fact we are lucky to have a store like this when you need something. read more

We are switching pharmacies based on waiting an hour for my son's Covid-19 pre-booked vaccination appointment.

The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Prescriptions scheduled for automatic refill sit in the system unfilled. New prescriptions just sit there. When you call you better have at least 30 minutes to sit on hold. When you go by because it's been 8 days since you submitted your refill you're told it'll be ready in two hours; 8 days later, 3 trips to the pharmacy and 3 phone calls and it's still "two hours" from being filled. The pharmacy manager is completely incompetent. If you have a question you need to be ready for her to talk over you failing to listen to a single thing you say. This is the same pharmacy manager who told me it was illegal for me to pay cash for a prescription since I have insurance (the cash price was cheaper than my copay). I transferred the medication to another Walgreens, they laughed and happily accepted the cash payment. It's no wonder all of the good pharmacy techs are leaving. Tonight, day 8 of waiting on my auto refill I sat on hold for 50 minutes with "one caller" ahead of me, they closed leaving me on hold. read more

I have been coming here for years, I keep coming back because all the employee's have made me feel like someone special. I've not only been Smiled to when entering but have been waved to and yes even hugged. never have I thought it looked or felt dirty. the Pharmacy Dept. (assume) if they don't have my prescription ready one of them will stop and make sure in minutes that I get it. Do not use their photo department. They did a terrible job of printing my photos. Prints were trimmed leaving white space on the sides of some, rough edges. PIeces of something gummy/sticky were stuck on some photos. All sizes of photos were just dropped into a thin paper envelope, not even stacked neatly or smaller sizes placed in one of those smaller photo envelopes. 8x10 was bent. The print quality was poor. Plus the clerk tried to charge me again for my order, even though I'd already paid online. The Walgreens I usually go to (their photo department was down) does a stellar job with photos - I am so disappointed. Many of these prints are unusable unless I re-trim, and if I can get the sticky stuff off. My advice: Take your photos elsewhere. read more

The pharmacist told me she couldn't fill my rx's because they had to order it. I gave her the rx's and she refused them and again, she said she'd have to order the meds. I asked her to take the rx and call me when it is ready for pick up. She said she couldn't fill it because it'll take 5 days to process the rx. She would not even take the rx! She was patronizing me and playing "little miss know it all" the entire time I was there. I took the rx to Edmonds Pharmacy and left with all my medication. The tall pharmacy lady at walgreens is a heartless, smarmy, egotistical bi*^#. I left walgreens in tears for the second and last time. read more

Staff was unfriendly and not helpful. I wanted to print 3 documents from my cellphone I had emailed myself. The woman was rude and impolitely told me to go outside and try to save them to my phone since the cell service in the building was not good. After I was able to save them to my phone I came back in and was unable to locate them as they were not JPEG images. She was rude when she told me good luck and I left. At no point did anyone seem like they really wanted to offer good customer service or was happy to be working there. read more
