I really have no issues when I shop, but when a rude cx cut in front of 6 other guests, I took offense that the store employees allowed this. The rude woman began yelling that she was a prior manager for walgreens, but was playing the race card as she is black and was acting entitled because of her race. I had to wire some funds thru Western Union and asked for help. A young lady named Raven was SO helpful. I had recent eye surgery and had trouble seeing. Raven is kind, courteous, and had a great sense of humor. I really am grateful to her. Afterward, I picked up a few things, and the main cashier was also Very nice. Would be a zero, but that wasn't an option. New POLICY in effect that states A limit on how far from them you dr. Location in relation to their location. I swear it's just because these employees are lazy, unprofessional, and irresponsible children with no work ethic. A 50 mile radius for pharmacy service defeats the purpose of using a cooperation with multiple locations; And that location is from your doctor's location in relation to Walgreens. My Dr was 52 miles away. That's some Communist bullsh*t After serving me for years, all of a sudden they can't serve me anymore. I won't be using Walgreens anymore and neither will my family members. This Walgreens saved Christmas. Imagine santa brings your kid the perfect gift. Imagine that gift needing C Batteries when you've only got AA and AAA. Walgreens to the rescue. This location, like many nationwide, was actually open on Christmas Day. I feel bad for the workers, but they seemed happy enough. I was even happier when I scored a handy dandy four pack of C Cells that made a magic track come to life. Thanks Mr. Walgreen. How hard is it for the pharmacist or others to put up a large sign at the drive up window "stating we're at lunch" instead of having to read the small verbiage breaking down their hours days of operations and when they're closed on the weekends. Another valid point is when you your sign says you open at 9am you should be ready to receive customers not getting ready to open. The topper was when we waited in the morning for them to open at 9am, we were finally waited on I asked about picking up a prescription for my wife we gave them all her information and what it was for the clerk said that it wasn't ready and that they'd just started filling prescriptions and that'd it be 45 minutes and they would text us. We explained we were going out of town so it's important that she get her Med filled. Waited nearly an hour never heard a thing so we went back to the drive up asked about her prescription being filled told us there was no record of one for her. How do they go from we're filling it to we have no record of one for her. This is the main reason I prescriptions filled at the local Winn Dixie pharmacy. This Walgreens pharmacy location is totally inept, the wife will now be having Winn Dixie pharmacy fill her prescriptions too. read more

All drug stores sling the same stuff at about the same price, so what are you looking for? Service, convenience, and attitude. This one does not have any. I am changing. I went in the drive through line. I waited 15 minutes. They had one person on both counter and on window. One pharmacist and no techs. After I complained, the girl then slow rolled my prescription the rest of the way to show me who was boss. They don't care. I hate to say it, but I also believe this was racial.
