Wanted to write a review about our wonderful experience yesterday at this store. We stopped in to see if they had Halloween candy on sale so we could take more goodies to the local food bank where we had just dropped off a huge load of food. We headed in & asked if they had any & we were immediately greeted by the store manager Heather. She was absolutely awesome! Kind, knowledgeable, funny & went above & beyond to help us gather the great amount of candy left that was 80% off plus merchandise was 90% off which can also be used. So we emptied the shelves saving a huge amount plus allowed us to get all of the candy for the food bank & other charities we work with. Heather even got us the store super cart plus many boxes to use & helped carry. The cashier Kathryn was a trooper probably spending almost 30 minutes ringing it all us. this store has really turned around & we will be using it again thanks to great people like Heather! If I could give this Walgreens negative reviews I would. I was picking up a prescription arrived at the window at 3:45 pm. I saw two employees just walking around laughing not acknowledging me what so ever. I was finally greeted at 4:02 pm, keep in mind I had ordered my prescription previously and got a text saying it was ready. I didn't get the prescription until 4:20. That's 35 minutes of just waiting at the window for them to just hand me an already ready prescription. This was such a joke. read more

Unbelievable! Picking up a prescription, and you think that would be easy? Last time I went inside to pickup my prescription and watched all the drive up coming and going. So this time I thought I'll use the drive thru I was the third one in line thinking this is great, 30 min latter I'm at the window seeing inside, there are at least 15 people inside at the window and now 8 cars behind me and ONE tech taking care of all the customers walk up and drive thru. Was in a rush to grab a quick item from Walgreens and asked two team members who were engaging in a convo behind the counter where said item was located. The manager lady looked at me like I had a 3rd eye, shoot her head and pointed in the direction. As I walked away I heard her over say "How rude, we were talking" Excuse me? Worst experience I've ever had in a pharmacy. The pharmacist was beyond rude and not helpful at all. Refused to give me a prescription the doctor ordered. Doctor had to call and tell them that she didn't know what she was doing. Due to the delay I missed a day of work and wasn't able to do the surgery that I needed. All because of a rude and incompetent pharmacist. Do not recommend this place. Go across the street to CVS. Much less rude. read more

This review is for the Health Clinic only. I give it five stars because the nurse practitioner was very through in her explanation to me of how to treat my cold. My regular doctor didn't have an opening until after the weekend. I was glad to be able to make an appointment and be seen at the clinic on Friday afternoon. read more

Clearly this Walgreens in general is having a hard time. Shelves are often empty and staffing is light. I will say I've had excellent help in the photo dept from the shift manager who's name I cannot remember but he helped with passport photos. The pharmacy has been a joke. Not even open on the inside. The line outside is so long you wait 30 min for your turn. Then they have an employee not even a tech running the register which is fine. But they send home your antibiotics and didn't mix them. So you have to get back in the insane line to get them corrected. The girl checking people out was very polite and was probably having a very hard day herself. But someone else should be making sure the meds are right before sending them out. read more

The absolute worst customer service. Pulled up to the drive through pharmacy at 1:30 exactly. Lynn was beyond rude. I have triplets and a 4 year old in the car and she refused to give me my prescription because they were closed even though she was in the back and able to get my my prescription. I have never met someone more unaccomodating, unsympathetic, and un willing to help. Never go here and never use Lynn. She is THE WORST. read more

I am writing this review for the woman named robin working in cosmetics. I went there to get a new color for my hair and have had zero luck up until meeting robin. She took her time to not only help pick out a color, but the best one I've had in years! I am so happy that you have knowledgeable people working there, nice to get answers instead of a " I don't know" very pleased that I will now switch over to Walgreens here instead of CVS. This Walgreens is a joke. I'm assuming they are understaffed but every single time I go to this Walgreens for a prescription I wait anywhere from 30-90 mins to be assisted. There is always a line down the isle anytime of the day. I finally had enough today and will find another location. The only reason I keep going back is because it's so close to my home. Be warned - Walgreen's digital passport picture service is unlikely to meet the needs of the UK online passport renewal service. This is based on my experience with this store. The UK website demands a .jpg format picture but Walgreens will give you a .bmp on a memory stick which is the wrong format and of too low a resolution to convert to an adequate quality .jpg (assuming you try the conversion for yourself). When I discovered this Walgreens had given me the wrong format I went back to request a .jpg picture and here is where my problems started. I told them their photo service should have known the .jpg requirement to be advertising they do pictures for UK passports. They said could not give me a .jpg picture and I was stuck with what I had. Apparently the technicians just follow a procedure and have not the control or perhaps the understanding of their digital photo system to be able to give you a .jpg. Phoning round a few more Walgreens locally produced no better results. At one, the resident "expert" on digital photos did not even show an awareness of the .jpg or .bmp formats. So you are warned. My experience here with getting a photo for a US passport was good. read more

Had appt to get flu shot. Waited over 1 hour to get shot. I turned my paperwork in before 2 others, and they were called first, even though my appt was before theirs. We were all complaining. Unorganized, extremely slow . Pick a different one for your vaccine and shots. read more

The worst. Absolutely the rudest middle-aged female pharmacist (she has brown-rimmed eyeglasses btw, in case you ever run across her). In June 2014 I went to refill my (lowest dose there is) of a certain "controlled" medication. I had been out of the med for just over a week and I had to go to Dr's office to get hand-written Rx, which I was late in doing. After waiting at this Walgreens for my allotted "20 min" this loud, nasty female (and yes, she's a Pharmacist, not a Tech) said, so anyone near could hear all of this (can you say HIPPA VIOLATION??) "you cannot get your _____ medication yet! You can't have it for TWO MORE WEEKS. You have taken 120 pills in 42 days." ??? Was I going mad? Was I an out-of-control addict?? Well, I MUST be.... I mean, she clearly just TOLD ALL OF US that that's basically what I was. Out of control. Abuser of meds. I was stunned, thinking oh wow.... there's not a chance I was taking that much. I take one pill in a.m.; 1 in p.m. and often times skip the weekend, or just take 1/2 dose on weekends. She grabbed a piece of paper (after I had asked her to confirm my 1st name and DOB, thinking she had me confused with someone else) and this female pharmacist announced to all of us who were waiting for our prescriptions EXACTLY "how much" of this med I MUST HAVE TAKEN (i.e. "abused"). I was embarrassed. I quietly left the pharmacy and was thinking I must be losing my mind. I drove to Walmart near Ken Caryl Valley. I asked what the database showed as my most recent refill of this Rx. The Pharmacist told me EXACTLY what I had remembered. She said "absolutely we can refill this today. Actually, you're just over 1 week late in refilling." I rest my case. This middle-aged female pharmacist at Walgreens is beyond rude, and seemingly she's incredibly assumptive, with no valid info. She's really kind of creepy. I'm quite sure she needs to take a re-certification course in HIPPA. She violated all sorts of my personal information, loud and clear, to everyone in and near that pharmacy. And she was completely, 100% off base. She was wrong. And very arrogantly, aggressively wrong. read more

Like all these reviews, I will 100% agree with the disappointing staff at the pharmacy. The girl who helped me was decently nice but she seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. What should have been a 5minute transaction at max, just picking up some medications turned into 25 minute ordeal and I wasn't "waiting" on anyone infront of me. The other people behind the counter were throwing bags of medication in to a bin 15feet away from them, not caring and talking about personal things. There's a surprising amount of employees lacking in common sense these days, but Logan is not one of them. I've been going to this store from time to time. Close to my house. Everything else seems to be OK, but the passport photos service had been horrible. The guy uses a cheap point & shoot camera to take the picture, great! And they charge $10.99 for 2 passport photos. But the thing that made me so mad is they charge the same amount for reprint. Given they charge something like 19 cent or a little more, or whatever under $1 for the reprint of anything else, but passport photos have to be $10.99. What crazy policy is it? Photos are photos. I'm pretty sure they just make up that "policy" to rip me off. Never been so pissed. I ended up having to pay $34 for the photos that I need. I should have taken the photo myself and used my printer at home. The quality might have been better that way too. Later, I found out about an online service that allows you to upload your headshots and sends you back the ready-to-print format. All I needed was a regular color printer and photo paper (bought at Office Depot for something very cheap I don't even remember). My wife and I printed out a total of over 20 photos that we needed for our immigration application. Very happy with the results. read more

When I arrived for my appointment 20 minutes early, I found a sign stating no vaccinations were being given today. I am still without a Moderna Covid Booster shot. Unprofessional and belittling pharmacist, (the techs are innocent imo). She picks and chooses when she'll refill your meds. I take generic Imitrex for severe migraines. Moved pharmacies because she thought it was too soon to fill even though my insurance covered it. Imitrex is not a controlled substance. Migraines are serious. Even if she had erred and thought it was a violation to fill it, it's unprofessional to give your own opinion on the medicine people take. Reading these other reviews makes me worry for the safety of the people who still get the I medications filled there. I've never received the wrong medication but on multiple occasions I have been alerted that my medication was "ready for pick-up" only to stand in line for 35 minutes and then be snidely and loudly told, "we can't fill that until tomorrow" or "you're at the wrong Walgreens" or "no you didn't get a notification" Oh wow. Yeah. Right? I just like to come in and waste everyone's time by pretending Walgreens automated system called me and said my Rx was ready to be picked up at that very location. Someone missed out on ethics 101, HIPPA knowledge, and common decency. read more

I have to say that this particular Walgreen's has the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The only reason I still go there is I'm moving and I don't know where to & I want to switch all of my Rx only once if I can help it. If you go there to fill a Rx make sure you have the right Rx...I've gotten my medication mixed up w/ another person's twice & once I got the wrong type of medication all together. You definitely have to be a watch dog! I'm surprised that someone hasn't gotten hurt! The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because this last time sucked a lot less...I'm hopeful they're trying to turn it around! read more

Went to the take care clinic today and had the worst experience ever!!! The "nurse" was rude and disrespectful and was very judgmental. She was giving me information that was incorrect and was trying to sell me products like the nasal pot, which had nothing to do with my condition. She was so terrible i switched all my prescriptions to king soopers because I never want to be treated like that again or see her. If you need to go to a clinic go to king soopers or wait at Denver health for three hours I would rather get a colonoscopy than ever have to deal with that "nurse" again. read more

This review is for the healthcare clinic (not the pharmacy). I'm traveling out of the country so I was there for immunizations. Rebecca and her nurse in training were wonderful. They answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. Rebecca is so smart and down to earth! This Walgreens health clinic is lucky to have her. I'm afraid of needles and shots but they distracted me when the time was right, helping me get the shots I need to stay safe. I will use this clinic again for me and my family. read more

Went to this Walgreens for their walk-in clinic after making an appointment at Jewell & Kipling Walgreens, when I got there they were closed. This was is closed all day due to the nurse practitioner having a family emergency. Since this clinic is open 6 days a week, does that mean they only have one employee that works literally every day from open to close? Then when I inquired about the nearest next clinic, the pharmacist had no idea where one was. Really? Plus she was HATEFUL about it. Never again will I go to Walgreens. For anything. Stunningly bad service. Plus when I was leaving-in tears-4 Walgreens employees were standing at the front register talking about what they did the night before. Classy. read more

My Rx was ready today. I went to the drive-through after a few days of cold-like symptoms. Although I had waited 15 min for the previous car, pharmacists asked me to go to the parking lot as they did not have my Rx ready. They said it would take 10 min. After waiting 15 min, I realized most drivers were leaving the drive-in line and going into the store for their prescriptions. They were served quickly inside the store. I walked into the store with mask. I talked with the manager, Vicki, to explain I had a simple request: my prescription and asked why all the delay and drama. Chris Cobble, from the Pharmacy, walked up to me and told me to leave the store. The manager, Vicki, walked me out of the store and said to wait in my car while she then said their computer had crashed and they needed my credit card. I dropped off film for developing they couldn't find it for 20 minutes when I came to pick it up. They kept implying that I didn't write down my name correctly. No apologies. My family of five has used the heck out of this pharmacy for the past six years. Many of our prescriptions have come with complicated coupons (so we would only have to pay $25 rather than $600!!). The pharmacy staff has patiently worked through those coupon issues for us, as well as multiple insurance issues. When my dog needed expensive year-round meds, they offered to sign him up for the Walgreens Rx discount plan. I alwsys get the help I need finding over-the-counter stuff too. read more
