The photo department really surprised me with the very friendly and professional customer service. We needed passport photos of myself, my husband, and our one year old son. The gentleman was very polite and paitent trying to get a good shot of my son, who wasn't being the most cooperative. Minus one star though because when we went to the county clerks office for the passport application process, they told us that the pictures were too big, and we had to pay to redo then there. (At a fraction of the price I might add) Walgreens refunded my money without any problem, but it made me waste a lot of time. read more

I ventured out from sun city over to my local Walgreens to pick up my prescription , and also do some shopping while I was there. This kind and lovely young lady named Carissa over in the beauty section was so helpful, and sweet to me . She had even helped me find a new tube of lipstick and lip liner that is flattering. Walgreens is way better than Rite Aid. I have never had an issue or long wait at Walgreens. I changed my meds over to them. Rite Aid has incompetent employees in their pharmacy. read more

Worst pharmacy service EVER! Only one person in line and four cars in drive thru, one pharmacist and the store assistant manager finally came and helped out, but she did not know how to input customer data into the system. A 5 minute pickup transaction in your average pharmacy (which includes wait time) took them 20. Hope I never have to go back for a specially compounded script again! read more

Every time I get a prescription filled here the cashiers are so rude. Very unprofessional!! I'm going to consider having my prescriptions filled at Costco from now on. Unfortunately when you tell them this they really don't care, there's enough senior citizens in the area to keep this Pharmaceutical business afloat. I had ordered an 8x10 enlargement online, picked it up the next day, and wasn't the size I ordered, talked to the photo supervisor about it, claimed my photo was copyrighted even it's clearly a home taken photo by my nephew, said she can't issue me a refund and said, "you're a liar and because your lying, I hope your beloved grandfather rots in hell." read more

I visited this Walgreens to find Ping-Pong balls or sometimes known as Table-Tennis Balls to play Beer Pong for my brother's 30th Birthday. They didn't have them here but the super-friendly staff knew exactly where I could find them, and they went out of their way to give me directions to help save me time, since I was already late for the party. I gave them four stars because of their friendly and helpful employees. I would have given them five if they had what I was looking for. :) read more

After five unsuccessful trips to Target for photos I tried Walgreens Photo department. The one person working there was very nice. I ordered 2 5x7 photos for 1 hour service. Few hours later I returned. I waited 15 -20 minutes while he helped someone with a special project to find out my photos were not ready. Then was told I should have ordered 4 x 6's. I said OK and he said to phone back. Still not ready a few hours later so I went somewhere else. Was told I should have gone to Costco. All together 8 trips to get two photos...I already had the frames! read more

We frequent this Walgreens quite a bit. We pass it every day leaving and coming home. Walgreens, for the most part, has all the things we might need if we don't want to hit the grocery store, which is a couple more miles up Highway 65. We normally go there to grab snacks, over the counter medication. It is convenient when we have to go there when it's a little late. The are open until 10:00 pm which makes it very convenient for late night things. The staff is very accomodating and we've had nothing but great experiences here. read more

So. Covid shopping. We go here frequently to subsidize our regular shopping. We buy soda, Arizona tea, wine and snacks here due to their sales and pricing. I am 60 years old. Decided to risk a trip a few mornings ago, in the rain, assuming less people out. So my game plan. Mask, one glove on right hand, left hand with sanitizer wipe. Don't want to bring in my purse, so I put credit card, Walgreens card, and hand sanitizer in my pocket. Plan is to use gloved hand to place things in cart and on counter. Sanitizer wipe hand to handle credit card transaction, since gloved hand could contaminate credit card, and get the heck out of there. But no! Since I am buying alcohol, I need my ID, that is in my car, in the rain. Ok, I go out and get it, but this has totally disrupted my chain of decontamination. So, I think, we'll fine, I'll just have to douse everything with Lysol. So...I get back in, and oh...they need to scan my I'd, not just look at it. Given my gloves, etc, I cannot get my ID out of the plastic sleeve in my wallet. Cashier helps by putting her grubby gloved hand, exposed to who knows what, in my wallet to get my ID out of the sleeve. I am 60 f'ing years old!!! Give me a break!! This is stupid!! read more

Let me start by saying I've shopped at this Walgreen's for a long time and spent a fair amount of money, but after today I'll need to think long and hard before I go back. In some ways it's little thing, but that's also what makes it worse. My husband and I are going on a trip on Tuesday so yesterday I went to Walgreen's to buy all the little things you need when traveling on a plane - so lots of little tiny bottles and cans that can be carried on a plane. Upon check out we were told they didn't have any bags, and of course we had forgotten ours, so we put all the little things in a cart and took them out to the car. Unfortunately, when we transferred them from the cart to the car a tiny hair spray got left behind. I called Walgreens when I got home and was transferred about 4 times and after about 30 minutes finally talked to someone who said they found it in the cart and would have it up front with my name on it. Today we went back to pick it up. First the young man at the counter couldn't find it. After about 5 minutes of looking I asked if the manager was here that I had spoken to. He called and a young lady came up to the front. I'm not sure if she is the one I spoke to or not, but she seemed familiar with the situation. She asked for the receipt, which I did not have. I said no one had mentioned that I would need the receipt but the hair spray had my name on it and it was found outside so clearly it was paid for and i have ID with my name. She said - no receipt no hair spray. Now I could go home and get the receipt, but honestly I've already paid more in gas than the hair spray cost. I understand rules, but what are the odds two people with my name would come in to Walgreens and try to pick up a travel size hair spray that they left in the cart yesterday because there were no bags available. 0% - that's what. It's bad customer service - and stupid to boot. Won't be back. That $1.50 hairspray cost them a lot more than that. Stupid stupid stupid.... read more

I would have chosen zero stars but unfortunately that wasn't a choice. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too! Been to pick up the same prescription 4 times through the drive thru, each time taking over twenty minutes. With two of these times being the only car in line, one being the second car, and taking over thirty minutes being the forth.... this isn't including the many times I have come to pick up a prescription, and everyone being at lunch... their excuse is it is the law.... but there sign says pharmacy must close for a lunch when o lay one pharmacist is available... funny because when they came back from lunch there were three. Even when they are on time rarely can they even find the prescription right away. Total joke and waste of time. read more

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Very displeased with the photo center. I had sent in 300+ photos through the Walgreens photo app thinking that it wouldn't give me any problems as it hasn't in the past. I got a call saying basically all the photos were messed up because they weren't cropped individually. That's ridiculous. I didn't have to do that last time nor will I spend extra time cropping all 300+ photos. I'm very disappointed in my experience with Walgreens. Never doing photos at Walgreens again!!! read more

Just left Walgreens on 12 Bridges to drop off a prescription to pick up medication I need it. The time is 150 in the afternoon and their pharmacy is shut down and they have no staff to cover for me to drop off my prescription. Horrible customer service how do you shut the pharmacy in the middle of an afternoon. I'm taking my business elsewhere. there's too much competition and businesses that know how to cover store hours and actually be able to assist people to pay their salaries. Shame on you Walgreens 24 hour pharmacy you advertise and you can't even keep this open in the middle the afternoon. read more

I visit this walgreens fairly often to pickup prescriptions. The pharmacy staff is pleasant and knowledgable. It is very nice to be greeted by name. The selection throughout the store is better than most drug stores and the pricing is about right for the quality. read more

Watch your charges! Was there today and they charged me $20 for a 'sale' item that was boldly listed as $12. When questioned, Cashier she 'escorted me back' and said, "oh, we don't carry those, some customer must have returned them and put them there". WHAT?? I don't think a Customer would put 4 boxes in the 'wrong' place!! RIP OFF!!! They would not honor their mis-labeling price (which is illegal). I live in the neighborhood and was meeting friends for lunch, needless to say their 'mislabeling' was a topic of conversation. read more
