Printed on the bottom of the receipt was the phrase "no signature required" which I pointed out to the cashier. She said, the pharmacist still needs a signature. Well you can keep all of your merchandise because I will never spend another penny in this place. Answer this: Was this requirement just for me or for everyone? I'll wait....

There is a problem with this location verifying receipt of the electronic prescription order although the physician's office received an electronic confirmation. I have gone back and forth between (several telephone calls) contacting this pharmacy location and my physician's office regarding the order for this prescription.

My insurance wouldn't let CVS fill my prescriptions unless the "closed" pharmacy wired them to CVS, but because the pharmacy was closed, they couldn't wire my prescriptions. What a mess! Barbara took care of all of this mess quickly and efficiently. She was great and fixed everything for me. Within 3 hours, I had my prescriptions.

I never shafted anyone, I was in fact short, have been short a few times, so now I count them every time before I leave their sight, I understand mistakes happen, but sometimes it's on purpose if you know what I mean, They are as nice as they can be, but when it comes to mistakes, they stick by each other rather it's right or wrong and the customer will catch the blame, Normally if there is a discrepancy, the pharmacist will do their best to get it taken care of and figure it out, if you are correct, they will get it straight eventually, Tyro pharmacy is a great family pharmacy, just make sure you check your counts, refills, etc, make sure you keep records of everything as well for proof, hopefully they will get their stuff together pretty soon
