Since the first time I walked into South Park family pharmacy and had prescriptions filled they…read morewent above and beyond to make sure my needs were met by finding out which brand of my medications work best for me. And when I say brand I mean which manufacturer makes the medicine that works best for my body, mind and just me all together. When there came a time that they started using a different manufacturer for a certain pain medicine that I took I called and explain to Chris Council that the new brand that they were using had some kind of inactive ingredients that severely messed up my stomach so the pharmacist Chris went out of his way to make a special order to start back getting the mallinckrodt brand because in all of Forsyth County and where I now live in Stokes County there is only one other drug store that carries the mallinckrodt brand but they only order it in a certain milligram which is a lower milligram than the ones I take and by law all the pharmacist are not allowed to give me the lower milligram and just double the amount unless the prescriptions are specifically written for the medication to be dispensed that way so my point is if not for Chris Council and all the wonderful hard working employees at South Park Family Pharmacy working so hard to help everyone individually, I honestly don't know what I would do other than drive 2 hours just to get my medicine filled because no other pharmacy is willing to take the time to make a special order like South Park has!! These people aren't just employees that work in a pharmacy oh no they are like an extended family member that will go out of their way whether it be to explain something about the medication or how the doctors changed in the way I take it down to something that is OTC, they just will not stop until every answer is given for every question that is asked of them and I just thank God for these Earth Angels because I went to several different pharmacies throughout the last 14 years since my accident occurred and not one of these pharmacies can hold a candle or even be in the same work bracket or level as South Park Family Pharmacy is!! There's just no comparison so if you need NOT just a pharmacy but the BEST PHARMACY... GO TO SOUTH PARK FAMILY PHARMACY IN WINSTON-SALEM, NC ... THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS 336-293-4755 BTW they carry two to three different brands of every medicine and if they don't carry the brand that you prefer let them know and they will order it and it will be there in a couple days and they will put it in the computer that you only want that brand and you will always have that brand waiting for you when it's time to get your medicine filled again!
