I have been having trouble for the last 5 months with a Walgreens trying to give me a prescription that isn't even mine. I never taken that certain medicine before ever. One month I got home and I had that medicine instead of my blood pressure medicine. I called Walgreens and they said they would have my blood pressure medicine ready tomorrow morning but they wouldn't give me a refund on the prescription that want mine. They could only give me a credit. Then now that Rite-Aid closed and all of their patients prescriptions have been sent to Walgreens. It is such a long wait to get your medicine filled or they are out of it and you have to wait sometimes 3 days to get it. It is getting so bad I am going to change pharmacies. read more

I use to love the ladies at the pharmacy. Brought them flowers, ect. If you have been to their pharmacy lately the computers are down A LOT!! So first time computers were down after trying all day to see if I could get a med I was suppose to start that morning, I asked to speak to the pharmacist. " You can go to our neighboring pharmacy and have it done it's just us that is down." Of course I asked the tech 3 hours earlier if I could have it transferred , I need it today ." Her answer "No , not with our computers down." So with now 20 mins. to get to the nearest Walgreens 30 miles away before they close I'm told the truth. I made it and the price was half what I paid in Lawrenceburg!!! That made me wonder about all my scripts. I looked at my log online and the same med. same amount was over $40.00 different. They know I struggle with multiple heath issues and I sometimes can only get a week at a time. Yet still they took advantage of me. Two weeks later went to get meds filled. Sign said computers down , sorry. This time I went to Kroger. They saved me over $ 50.00 on same scripts and today my antibiotic $17.33 @ Walgreens, $5.28 @ Kroger! So now that I'm onto what they are doing , I looked back I was overcharged well into the hundreds! If this has happened to you please contact me. I'm starting a class action lawsuit (I have never sued anyone) but enough is enough! Of course I asked why is it more " the price went up" when in reality they were not using the discount cards and coupons I had spent hours getting. I have heard them say that to multiple people so I'm not alone. It's hard enough having multiple health problems and have to take meds to stay alive but to have someone not care about your situation and be too lazy to do their job is infuriating!!! Again please contact me if you are tired of this too!!! Goodbye Walgreens read more

Walgreens is one of the worst "pharmacy's" you could ever do business with and my opinion comes from just one thing alone. They sell cigarettes! How can you own a pharmacy and say your trying to help people be healthier when you sell cigarettes!? Get with the times Walgreens no one respects smokers your supposed to be helping people live healthier but yet you sell cigarettes hahahahah what a joke! read more
