We saw some signs about Davy Crockett, etc., so we stopped. We ended up in the Historic Square District of this small town. At the square, there was some antique stores to check out. We went into "The Carriage House Antiques" located in an old store front in the square. Here Noel and I browsed around. I took some photos of some of my favorite pieces and gave myself some idea of the cost. I also texted some to my mommy, in case she wanted a few pieces for her store in Ripley. We had a great time in the store enjoying all the great pieces. Noel and I really liked the hour spent there, while Tony hung outside enjoying the sunshine and the different sites around the square. We are definitely coming here again. There is a ton of antiques in this one building and you could easily spend a few hours browsing in great detail. Noel ended up spending about $20 here and she got some lovely peacock feathers for one of her Special Makeup photo shoots

They sold my elderly grandparents a used washing…read moremachine promising that it works just fine, my grandfather asked the man if it tears up within a month will you fix it? The man just smiled and said "give us a call" which we took as a yes so we bought the washer only to get home, hook it up and the first time they used it the spin cycle didn't work it just drained the water and didn't spin. They sold us a washing machine that didn't work. We called swap and shop the same day we bought it and I told them hey the washing machine we just bought from you doesn't work. and he quickly said and I quote, "it was sold as is you should have bought a new one" so I told the rude man that he said he would fix it if it broke! He said "I said no such thing" I said YES YOU DID! YOU TOLD US TO GIVE YOU A CALL IF IT BROKE! and he hung up on me! so they knowingly sold us a washing machine that didn't work and had no remorse doing it. They acted like the situation has happened before so I'm sure they've sold things that don't work before and plan on keep doing it. That's my experience with swap and shop they're way overpriced on the things they sell and they sell things that are broken to people and don't care and they lie.
