I give this pharmacy 1 star only because I had to in order for my review to post. To start, this pharmacy is awful. I'm sure the employees are good people but their process / system is completely broken. Nothing is efficient or streamlined. This is evident as you're standing in line for over 40 minutes and you watch them rifle through multiple plastic totes looking for prescriptions for each person, over and over. Calling them is equally as painful. After being on hold for over 30 minutes, a brief recorded message plays stating they're having difficulty and then the line goes dead. I call again right away and wait on hold for another 20 minutes and someone actually answers. I ask if my prescription is ready and they tell me it would be in 30 min. I get to the pharmacy 1.5 hrs later, to give them plenty of time, and after standing in line for 40 minutes, the lady tells me the prescription isn't ready. I return an hour later and after waiting for 35 minutes, I finally get my prescription. Until they do something to change their process, their service will always suck. read more

This Pharmacy location is terrible. I have had issues with every prescription I have had filled here. Delays... claiming I don't have insurance.... Issues I've NEVER had anywhere else. I decided to try them one more time, since the location is on the way to where I work. I had my Dr submit a prescription 4 days ago, and was told it was out of stock. I called today to see if they had any scheduled shipments coming in, and they said it will be at least 2 weeks, and told me "every" Walgreens was out of stock of the med. (That immediately made me skeptical.) So, I started calling the other locations in the area. ....they ALL have it in stock. Don't bother with this location for prescriptions. read more

This pharmacy has over worked staff and I found out that 2 of their techs didn't show up. They are behind of filling prescriptions. Today they did not and can't find in their system a prescription that was send in a week ago Also walking into the store I noticed dirty entrance carpet that still had salt stains on it. Walking back to the pharmacy in saw dirt around shelves and soda machine. This is about the dirtiest drug store I've been in. This store is everything you'd expect from a walgreens. Medicine, snacks, diapers and makeup. Staff has been helpful and friendly. I like the photo products I've ordered from here too. The metal picture turned out awesome. Pictures I have printed here usually turn out great. There have been a couple of times when they didn't turn out well, and the staff has been great about reprinting them for free. If you have a rewards account - you can accumulate points toward money to spend in the store. This is a nice bonus! Two RedBox machines outside. read more

This Walgreens is hit or miss with friendliness. The older lady who's a cashier is so rude. She rarely says hi and scrunches her face when anyone walks up. I order photos from here a lot and usually they turn out ok. I've had quite a few that are cut funny or so blurry (online never said there was a resolution issue). They do passport photos for about $15. Usually pretty stocked up with stuff on the shelves but if it's a hot deal with points back you generally can't find the item. This is the closest Walgreens to me so I'll keep going back and hope to leave a better review when things change. read more

Had covid test, waited in line forever to get it and then never got results. They apparently never sent in my test to the testing company. Don't even bother to try and call them about it because you will sit on hold for an hour and then hang up on you. read more

I sent in a refill for a prescription and was told it would be available the next day. I then got a message I had no more refills, eventhough it showed I did. After trying to call the store and waiting over and hour and finally getting disconnected, I went to the store. After waiting a half hour there, the tech told me they were having issues and had to manually change something to get it filled. I then had my eye doctors send a new precription in, which they said they received. I went to refill off the new one yesterday and got a message they had to contact the dr as I had no more refills. Same old problem with noone answering the phone so set up a transfer to Walmart pharmacy. They called and said it would be better to have the Dr send a new one as they had not been able to get anyone there to answer in the last two months. read more

I've been going to the Lakeville Walgreens for over 5 years and just transferred my family's prescriptions elsewhere as the customer service has gone down hill to the point of no return. I'm not one to complain but feel obligated to prevent anyone from experiencing the frustration I've been going through with Walgreens. 1. They lie constantly, I will call and ask if my prescription is ready and they tell me yes. When I arrive at the store they tell me they've lost my prescription and I'll need to wait another 30 min for it. This has happened to me 6 times in the last 6 months. 2. 60 minute average wait time if you pick up after 4pm 3. Always behind and don't seem to be on top of their workload 4. I started a new prescription 9 months ago and decided on this pharmacy because it's close to my house. I don't know why I didn't go to a different pharmacy sooner. This pharmacy is by far the worst I've ever been to; whether it's the drive-thru or inside you'll be waiting in a very long and slow line. You can see techs crawling over each other trying to find prescriptions and they can't find them half the time, they lose your insurance info, quote you at one price and charge you a different price when you show up, and on and on. I have some sort of issue with every single pickup I've ever had here. This place is absolutely abysmal. read more

As of yesterday this Walgreens is no longer my family go-to. We have moved our business across the street to CVS. Here's why, I refilled a RX over the phone/automated. Arrived at the drive thru the next morning, sat behind a car for over 10 minutes before going inside. (They should not allow people to wait by the window, they should have them pull over so the next persons can be served.) I went inside, stood in line for 10 more minutes behind a woman on the phone with her insurance provider. (She was not asked to step aside, the next persons in line were made to wait). The person called over to serve the window took the next car that drove up vs assist those of us still waiting in line. When it was my turn the tech/pharmacist said my Rx wasn't filled, a call would be required to my provider. I turned and left the store having waisted 30 minutes. I called CVS a few hours later, asked to have my Rx transferred, 2 minute phone call, no waiting. Was promised a text when refill was ready. When I didn't receive a text after a few hours I called back, the person on the phone remembered me and we realized they had the last number in my phone number wrong. My RX was ready. When I hadn't arrived to pick it up by 7:55pm they called me and asked if I'd make it before close. I did, 3 month refill, no call to my provider necessary. I would give 0 stars if I could. I have had issues several times filling prescriptions. I will receive a text stating that the prescription is on backorder. A week later I will call to only find that the prescription has not been ordered. This time, the prescription is for asthma and for 3 months- I save 1 month when my doctor orders it this way. I got the message that the prescription was on backorder. I week later I call, and it had not been ordered. They had 1 in stock so I asked if I could pick up that 1 since I was totally out of the med, and then pick up the other 2 when it arrived on Monday. They said yes. I just called and they said that since I picked up 1, I cannot pick up another one suntil 30 days, despite the other technician stating that I will be able to pick up the other 2 on Monday. To top it off, they did not order the other 2 so it is still out of stock. Whenever you call, you are on hold for a considerable time also. I use to like this Walgreens, but it is time to make a change. read more

I have already provided feedback to Walgreens via their website so here's the gist of it. I went in to pick up a prescription (drive thru line was long) and 3 people were ahead of me. One person was at the counter the entire time I was there. Finally someone helped the two in front of me and then just left. Didn't acknowledge anyone else in the line or anything. They continued to help all of the people in the drive thru so after awhile I went to the counter and asked if they could help me between cars. The tech said - sure. Another tech interrupted and told me that she was not able to help me and I needed to get back in line where she had been helping the same person (who was on the phone trying to acquire information and not even actively engaging) FOR THIRTY MINUTES. I have spent HOURS in the drive thru or in store lines over the past several months. The operations of this pharmacy are abysmal & need to be addressed by Walgreens to give customers the experience they deserve. read more

Just the worst customer service at the pharmacy, went to pickup my refill that I was told would be done by 11, got there at almost 1 waited a half hour in the drive threw just to be told it was going to be another 45 minutes. Then she blamed me for it not done because I didn't also call in and tell them I wanted done by then. Keep in mind it normally takes 30-50 minutes to get someone on the phone. What a joke read more

Hands down the absolute SLOWEST pharmacy service possible. Doesn't matter if you walk in or sit in the drive thru. I've sat multiple times in the drive thru for 5-10 mins before anyone even comes to the window. It's such an inconvenience I will be switching all my RX's to another pharmacy. read more

I usually go here to pickup medicine. And today it wasn't anything different. I will keep the scope of this review on today's visit only in Pharmacy. I was there to pickup my medicine, and I was told that it will be ready in 20 mins. So I was browsing the isles to find something to buy that I will not need. Like awesome deals on candy or something. I wasn't sure if they called my name over the intercom. After about 45 minutes, i went in front of the pharmacy, the lady who was getting trained, and told me that she will call my name, never realized that my medicine was ready. So after another 10 minutes or so, when I asked her if it is ready, after checking the computer, she said yes it is ready and finally got my med. Meh... I wish I had the other pharmacy person not the new trainee. read more

BEWARE....probably the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Not just this store! All of them! We get our daughters insulin prescriptions filled here. We waited over 2 weeks for them to refill her prescription. During this time she ran out, I had to go to 2 different pharmacies for emergency vials as a partial fill, 2nd time they charged me the $50 co-pay, got home and the vial they gave me was broken and leaking. My daughter ended up in ketoacidosis because of this. We were told not 1 out of the 8 pharmacies near our home had insulin she needs in stock....not 1 store out of 8!!. I ended up driving over 30 miles away to get her prescription filled and this store charged me the co-pay again!!!. Nevermind each and everytime I go here I end up waiting in lines at least 8 people long for anywhere between 30-45 minutes only to find out they didn't have the prescription ready. Needless to say we are no longer using this pharmacy. read more

Let me start with this review is due to a 4 day issue that is COMPLETELY the pharmacies fault, not patient emergency refill. Keep in mind I showed the pharmacy in-person that I had 1 pill left and Inquired about an emergency 1-3 day Emergency supply to accommodate THEM! This Pharmacy has HORRID service. I wish I could call the Authorities for how unethical, incompetent, and rude the Technicians/Staff are. They do not do their job (Lyn &Sam). One of the two threw my prescription at the window and walked away. That's not what you do when a patient needs medication. I believe it was Lyn who LITERALLY threw my Epilepsy Medication at the window, for no reason. I have been here multiple times inside and through the drive-thru. I called in an Epilepsy Medication for refill on a Saturday (4/24/21) to be picked up on Monday. I went in on Monday and whoever was working - didn't do her job whatsoever (4/26/21) around 1pm. I attempted to update my address - not done. The worker told me she'd call my other pharmacy - never done. I had already missed an epilepsy dose due to this Walgreens NEGLIGENCE. "They couldn't get in touch with my other pharmacy." - Which did NOT even matter. My Neurologist called in a BRAND NEW script for my Medication on 4/26/21, I received a call & text stating my Epilepsy med was ready. I spoke to a worker at this pharmacy on Monday. I went to pick it up at 1:30pm on 4/27/21 and Lyn & Sam didn't know what Briviact even was. Lyn and Sam claimed they "Couldn't get ahold of my other pharmacy"- with 24 hours time and the worker from Monday told me it'd be ready by 5:30pm on 4/26/21 (same day). INCORRECT. SAM tried to tell me how much my medication costs out of pocket - I know how much it is - been on it for years!!!! I've had Epilepsy since I was 15 years old. I'm AWARE. I have Insurance. I can't believe the stress this pharmacy put me through as a HUMAN who needs medication DAILY and TRIED to go about the CORRECT way. In return- was treated like complete SHIT. I'll be switching pharmacies. F*** this place. They really should be fined for not following guidelines/ their word/ etc. read more

Staff is always helpful. Great store to run in find your purchase and get out without wasting a great deal of time. Wait for a sale or coupon if possible as prices can be higher than average on some items. Great selection of products. read more
