never had a problem. They are Walgreens, so will be more expensive in general, but they are always friendly, always quick to respond and get to us as soon as the workers are available. The only waits are usually because they are helping other customers. read more

Went in for passport photos, had to wait 10 minutes while person was on break. Finally came out told him I can renew online just need to take my phone, snap one picture. He needed to use his digital camera, cost $18 for two passport pictures, a digital photo and a half hour for something that could have been done in 15 seconds, for stuff I didn't need. Plus a big smirk the whole time. Would have gladly spent $20 there, for something I can use to indirectly pay for for the photo. Will never walk in that business again! read more

I stopped in to get my flu shot. I had scheduled the appointment online which was super easy. When I walked back to the pharmacy I just used a QR code to sign in/complete paperwork and then waited about 5 minutes until someone came to get me for my shot. Really quick, painless, and easy. read more

They bought our little local pharmacy and closed it. We always have problems with them and end up making 20 mile round trips because of it. Texting us when our meds are ready, but not saying it's a partial fill, or they fill one of two. Today, I dropped off a prescription because my husband had some dental work. He's in pain in the car, but I can't get it filled because they're closing in 5 minutes for lunch. So, again, another 30 minute and 20 mile errand. read more

Horrible wait times. The last 4 months one of my prescriptions has only been able to be partially filled when I needed it and then I have to rearrange my work schedule to pick up the rest. Now this month by time they had it filled I had been out of my meds for 3 days, meds I'm supposed to take every day. They are able to look at who gets what when I'm sure. I know Hometown could. They shouldn't have taken over Hometown since they can't handle it and certainly don't provide anything close to what their customer service was. I guess I'm looking for a new pharmacy and am gyro have to drive somewhere. read more

The store staff is Great, always helpful and pleasant. The pharmacy staff is terrible, rude every time I go in and constantly messing with hints up and get rude when you're upset about it. They even charged me full price for my meds for months because I only had my insurance card on my phone which I found out later was not against their pant policy to bot accept my digital card. Went into the store around 15 min to close to quickly grab some flu medicine. The shift lead and cashier didn't want to sell me the medication. The cashier even proceeded to smirk at me. Pretentious women who did not have good customer service. Visiting this area (from out of state) and very unfortunate that I wasn't able to grab the medicine that I needed. They just seemed to want to rush everyone who came in because they wanted to go home. Rude to other customers as well. read more

Sure, there are gobs of Walgreens locations all over the state of Wisconsin & beyond, but this specific location in Lake Mills is very high caliber. There are very few places in my small town to pick up basic necessities, holiday items etc so I frequent this store often. The cashiers all know me and most greet me by name. Over the past 2 years I suffered with extreme back problems & they saw me go downhill as I first started arriving walking slower & with a limp, to a cane, then a walker. Both the cashiers & pharmacy team would ask, sincerely,how I was doing. Even remembering I was going to have another procedure or surgery, and upon my first few visits to the store afterwards, employees would cheer me on. As for the pharmacy, I visit them extremely often. 5 of the 7 family members in my household requires 1 to multiple Rx's. They too greet me by name in person as well as on the phone. I've gone in to pick up prescriptions for myself, and they will often say "There's other ones ready for your husband/child, would you like to get that one as well?" including a couple of my kiddos who have a different last name from my first marriage. More than once someone spots me in line or walking down the aisle and will grab my Rx's and have them at the counter when I arrive (special shout out to Dylan!). This is also the ONLY pharmacy in town now as the other location closed, so they pretty much serve the entire city. Many times I've witnessed other customers sighing and visibly annoyed they have to wait during peak hours, such as 5:30/6:00 when a bunch of people show up after work. We all seem so busy in the last few decades-what's up with that? Take a breath and realize that waiting in line is a part of life and perhaps use that time in line to simply slow down, not stare at smartphones. And for me, even the occasional time I have to wait in line for more than 5 minutes is absolutely worth it for the quality service. read more

This is the worse pharmacy staff of all the Walgreens I have been to. Two weeks in a row they lost one of my prescriptions. I called in these refills on Monday afternoon, went to pick it up on Wednesday afternoon and still not ready. They told me I would have to wait an hour for them to refill prescription. When I came back they only had one. Can't give any answers other than they are busy. Like others say, they are all just plain rude and no customer service. I am done going there. read more

How rude, awful pharmacy customer service. This Skyler needs to learn how to treat people with respect. The pharmacist was overwhelmed and non caring. I asked if they were short staffed since my pills were not ready she said yes. I said I would put in a complaint and she said well nothing will come of it. I went home and filled out a application for a new pharmacy. Its the customers who suffer when this happens. I did not get the pills I needed and they had 2 weeks to call in one of my other ones and lied about it. They need more help in that area and customer service training would help. read more

Horrible the pharmacy techs are awful and very short. Always rushed and don't have any customer service. Never been treated so badly!

The majority of the staff in the pharmacy department are very unfriendly, included several of the female pharmacists and at least one of the pharmacy techs. They do not smile, do not say thank you, and act like a customer is an imposition to them. Also, several of the store employees are unfriendly, including at least one of the store managers (specifically a female manager who's first name begins with "K"). The posted prices for items often comes up incorrectly - watch your prices at the check-out! So interesting to see so many others mirroring the same sediments about this specific Walgreen's store. We have visited many other Walgreen's in other cities/towns/locations and have never experienced these negative conditions. This store needs some serious investigation. Please get better, more friendly, caring employees. read more

horrible customer service. I sent my sister money through their western union location. they misspelled her name on the transaction(which I do admit, I should've double checked) so she couldn't pick up the money. So after speaking with three different employees, I encountered a rude manager who told me to call western union. They said to go back to Walgreens and cancel the transaction and resend it. The manager said she couldn't do it because it was $400 which was above their limit. I said that I had sent the 400 through them and they had made the mistake, that I wasn't trying to get a refund, just resend the money. She was curt and rude and said there was nothing she could do for me and hung up the phone. I called back western union and they told me that was ridiculous and they would call the manager as well as "give them a strike." Apparently after a certain amount of legitimate complaints, western union pulls their services. I forgot to mention that the manager only said "yep" or "no" like I wasn't worth their time. I wouldn't ever patronize this place again even if I was going to dump my pants and they had the only bathroom in a 5 mile radius. read more
