Call to refill a prescription 5 mins after open? That'll be a six hour wait. Not to mention, if you're prescribed a controlled substance, and you just to happen to have had multiple prescribers in the past, you'll need to constantly make sure they're only filling scripts from your current provider, because it seems as though they don't really read, they just click buttons, and if they screw up (Spoiler, they will), your doc might accuse you of being a junky after he gets a phone call from the DEA. 0/10, would not recommend. Go anywhere else.

When they finally decide to act like they "see" me now it's an argument about who's not busy enough to deal with us. I said hey nothing like telling me you see me. Just say we will be with you shortly. The pharmacist decides this is her que to have a moment. She's seen my kids before. She remembers them. She gave them their first vaccine two weeks ago. Asks where their shot records are and then Refuses to give their vaccine. Starts in on me like I am a child. I explained my children are old enough they are grown ups. They don't need me babysitting their shot record they are grown. Which produced her final answer of refusing to give them. I'm no genius but we are in a pandemic. Shot records are NOT required for this vaccine. I've been to 4 other facilities. I'm sure of this. She admitted as much. They didn't need it. That's what SHE wants while she goes off on her soapbox about how irresponsible I am. Won't go back. I'll find another facility who is HAPPY to give out the covid vaccine. But a pharmacist acting this way during a pandemic? UNACCEPTABLE PEOPLE ARE DYING. Pharmacist name Allyn.

I walk in and kindly ask one of the two girls behind the counter if they had a public restroom that I was able to use. One looks at me and tells me kindly where it was located. I replied "thanks" and the same girl says "no problem and to let you know, it may smell like poop because apparently that's what it smells like". How do I respond to that?! So, I simply said "thanks for the heads up". I head back there, now petrified that I had to go to "one of those bathrooms". Walked in and thought to myself "it smells like poop because someone needs to clean this place heavy duty!" It wasn't as bad as I was told, but it sure did need some work. Besides the weird "notice" the store was very dead but very clean. If I were a resident, I would only come to shop and would not come here as a pit stop.

The biggest downside for me was the restroom. They were available but not clean during my visit, which was disappointing. Checkout was smoother than I expected, and the mix of regular lanes and self-checkout helped keep things moving. Staff wasn't always easy to find, but I eventually got the help I needed. Inventory was solid, and most essentials were fully stocked. Overall, nothing fancy, but it functions exactly the way you'd expect a Super Walmart to function. I have only called twice in the two weeks that I have been waiting and they suggested I go to Walgreen's or another competitor rather than this location. I typically hadn't had any issues with CVS and enjoy doing business with them on Markland Ave. and the other location on Sycamore but the E. Morgan location said they searched within a 30 mile radius for my medications and couldn't find it at any of their locations which was a misleading statement as they have it at Markland and my doctor is cancelling my scripts at one and sending them to the other...tsk tsk...
