Cynthia has 12 years of annual Blood Borne Pathogen Prevention Certifications. She is registered thru the Howard County Department of Environmental Health and follows the strictest sanitation guidelines. Her commitment as a professional is to provide each client with the safest, most comfortable and most artistic application of Permanent Cosmetics possible.
