When the Walgreen's App texts you that your prescription is ready and you confirm with your Doctor the prescription has been called in and verified that's great. When you arrive at Walgreens and the rude Pharmacy Tech says they don't have anything ready....that s frustrating. What is even worse is when you show the pharmacy tech the confirmation on the App and they still say they don't have the prescription ready and then says I'm being argumentative....well thankfully there are Options to switch pharmacies! read more

For the third time the pharmacy in Walgreens Kerrville, TX just canceled my prescription. they don't carry it, their app says they are ordering it, then it is just canceled with no text or email to me. Apparently it is too much work for them to order it. read more

The "shift leader" (lady with dark brown/ black curly hair) had to be called to void my transaction d/t issues with FSA card and she was absolutely rude to me and the cashier. This was not the pharmacy but up front. The cashier was a very nice older gentleman in a wheelchair. I felt so bad for him being treated like that. He even apologized for her being so rude. I hope the cashier does not have to endure that kind of treatment for his entire shift and his day gets better. Praying for him. read more

What can you say about them, it's a Walgreens! Be ready to be disappointed, held up for time, bamboozled, and avoid staring at the pharmacist directly in their eyes. They have a want and you have a need. The pharmacist are only there for a pay check not for the Community. The techs are under staffed and worked hard. That's the only reason for the 2 star review instead of a one star. read more

It is a typical walgreens. I mean they are all the same I would imagine. I went there to pick up some medication on a Sunday and this worked very well. Besides this, it was clean and just normal. Great pharmacy! Great store, clean and good sales. Nice return policy. 24/7 hours. Redbox outdoors. Friendly staff, great to fill at a national chain bc if you are ever traveling and forget medications or your dr has to call something in etc all your info is on file and it's easy for them to pull your insurance into. read more

You park your car, walk into the store and you see a line that takes forever to move. Yet, you see people going to the drive up and from the look of things that line moves faster. read more

The workers over at walgreens are always so helpful, and from what i see very nice even on there bad days, always a clean store, at least anytime i go in there which is usually after work when every one is in going a mile a min, so they can get home, i don't think i'v ever sat in line very lone either, if they notice its getting busy they open up another register. not to mention red box outside is always nice. read more

Worst Pharmacy I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I changed to CVS at least there I can go in with a new prescription and be out the door in 15 minutes. At walgreens I have called in refills and they still weren't ready for pickup 24 hours later. No reason for this at all other than they really don't seem to care about their customers. read more
