I come here for my Botox treatments and see Lisa - she is incredible. She's very gentle and provides education before injecting so you understand everything about your treatment. She takes the time to understand what you're looking for and listens. Even if you're not exactly sure what you want, she makes recommendations of what she feels would be necessary which I totally appreciate. I recommend her to all my friends. I went for an appointment over the summer because I was experiencing some dry skin on the back of…read moremy neck. When the MA took me back to a room, I told her my concerns and expressed that the dry skin was slowly making its way down my back. She took her notes, and left the room for about 10-20 minutes. When she returned, an NP was with her. The NP asked to look at my neck, and within a minute told me she would prescribe a pill, water solution, and shampoo/conditioner. Asked if I had any questions and left. She never looked at the patches on my back or told me why this condition could have occurred. She was in the room for less than 5 minutes, but my insurance had a charge for $475. When I arrived at the pharmacy to get my prescriptions, the shampoo and conditioner weren't included. I was told that they got the script, but were unable to fill it at that location, so they weren't sure why it was sent over. I've tried the topical water solution for a few months now, but the dryness is still present. I did not return for my follow up appointment, as the initial encounter felt rushed.
