The store itself is fine, it's a typical Walgreens and will have what you would expect. I've done my passport photos here and it was an okay experience. The pharmacy is a bit of a nightmare experience. Don't do the drive thru. Just don't. You can't hear a word they're saying and for some reason they can't seem to fix the speaker. It's horrible and frustrating for everyone. Twice I've gone and they wouldn't help me because it was close to lunch time. My husband has a bad experience almost every single time he tries to get his prescriptions. If you walk in to get your prescriptions, it's at least a less irritating experience. They're nice, don't get me wrong, but it's just always an ordeal with so many people using this pharmacy. read more

Second time scheduling my COVID and Flu vaccinations here. This Walgreens was the only one in the area with Moderna and I wanted to stick with the same as my previous vaccinations since I am familiar with how the side effects impact me. Love the ease of making an appointment online. I arrive early for my 9:40am appointment and was able to quickly scan the QR code to sign in. I was in and out in less time than it took me to drive one way from Riverside! Everyone was kind and helpful, from the person who verified my info to the person giving me the vaccinations. I'm giving Walgreens a firm five at this location for customer service alone and it wasn't even customer service to me, it was to another customer! I recently stopped at this location to pick up a print order. I don't typically go to this location, but due to needing expedited printing, this was the closest location. I stopped into this location, went to the photo counter and noticed the woman behind the counter helping another customer. The customer needed to know how to utilize their photo scanner and was having some difficulty. The Walgreens employee didn't miss a beat, stayed calm, and literally walked the customer through step-by-step. She let me know she'd be right with me. I appreciate the fact that acknowledged me, let me know shed be right with me, and continued to take her time walking the customer through the process. These people are totally incompetent. I scheduled a Moderna booster vaccine for COVID and filled out paperwork for a Moderna booster. (I've had the J&J but I wanted to get the Moderna) My doctor said this was not a problem. While I was waiting they got my date of birth wrong twice (two different ways) and kept saying I don't have insurance. We got that straightened out and they finally got me in the little treatment room and the woman had a J&J shot drawn up. I informed her that I was there for the Moderna and she proceeded to argue with me saying the paperwork said J&J (while pointing to the word "Moderna" on the sheet. They had me fill out the paperwork again and the pharmacist came out to tell me that there was no such thing as a Johnson & Johnson booster. I asked him how that can be when they had one drawn up and ready to inject in my arm. I don't know if he's been sampling the goods or if he's just stupid. I waited around for a while longer while they were putting their heads together to figure out if they could give me the Moderna shot. I called my regular pharmacy, confirmed that I can get a Moderna booster on top of a J&J and set up an appointment for tomorrow morning. Recently moved to this area and liked that this pharmacy is 24 hours. For the first couple of months, I had no issues with my prescriptions and now within the last month, they are constantly questioning how often I am taking my medication. After telling him how I am taking my medication as prescribed, they now continue to tell me that they need to speak to the prescriber because to them, The directions are unclear. My own doctor, the prescriber has even admitted that they do not understand why they are doing this. And after speaking to my doctor, they still hold onto the medication for a few more days for no reason even if it is a non-controlled substance. I have been taking my medication's for years now and have never gone through this. I feel as if the staff at this pharmacy treat me like a drug addict. I came on here to disagree with everyone about the pharmacy - 5 huge stars for the people at this Walgreens working in the Pharmacy. Specifically Natalie, she honestly helped me more with my prescription than my doctor did. The one thing I absolutely love is redeeming my points. When shopping I'm always looking for the tags with points to earn. Once I saved up and had over $50 and today I redeemed $20. read more

I only go here because it's convenient to my house, but the pharmacy is slow and rude. I wait at least 30 minutes in a line to pick up my prescriptions. When you finally get up to pick it up, you get instant attitude like it's such an inconvenience for them to do their jobs. read more

Thank you Walgreens employees and pharmacy staff. We have all been through difficult changing time but I have learned to be very patient. Pharmacy staff has worked very hard with new/ previous prescription refills, changes, questions....it's difficult to please everyone ( population in Bartram area has BOOMED!) I've had issues with reactions to Rx, questions on phone but it's easier for ME to drive to pharmacy and discuss my Rx with a pharmacist. This has been my local Walgreens for the past six years and it's always consistent. It's clean and well maintained. The staff are always friendly and helpful if I need something. This is a good store in a good neighborhood. It doesn't get much better than that. read more

I tried to return two items I bought at Christmas with a receipt on the 30th day. They would not return them saying the register won't pull it up. The whole reason I was returning it this day was because it was the last day to return the items. I paid fifty dollars for these Funko Pops, then they said they will return it without a receipt and they claimed that they rang up 2.50 each. So Funko Pops are 90 percent off but your Christmas is only 50 percent off? I know they aren't 90 percent off because another Walgreens has them full price, and I DID have a receipt and was bringing them back on the 30th day. Now I am out fifty dollars and I will never shop here again, and I am calling corporate. read more

We chose this Walgreens pharmacy location because of it's close proximity to our home. After 2 years, we have had it with their rude and arrogant pharmacy staff. I recently had dental work and took a prescription for pain medication inside and was told it would be about a 15 minute wait. 25 minutes later I was called to the pharmacy to be told they didn't carry the pain medication but they could get it the next day. I understand that when you don't have it in stock, you don't have it. But why would you take an Rx for pain medication from someone obviously in pain, with gauze in their mouth and then 25 minutes later tell them they will need to drive somewhere else to get it or wait until the next day? Empathy for their customers and common sense must be an optional job requirement. This evening I pulled into the drive thru with a new Rx after leaving the doctor. I sat there for 5 to 10 minutes before I heard someone on the speaker telling me they would be right with me. 5 minutes later I placed the Rx in the drawer and asked the girl if they had it in stock and she said yes. I told her I would like to know the price before I had it filled and she said the price would be approximately $40.00 if it didn't go through insurance. I told her I would like to know the price with my insurance and she told me that I would need to pull around and get back in line while she checked (by now there were 4 cars behind me) and I asked "so you want me to pull around and get back in line behind these cars while you look this up?" She said that they had to keep the line moving. I explained that I had been patiently waiting for 15 minutes and didn't want to get back in line, but she insisted. I asked for my Rx back and pulled away. I got on the phone and called Walgreens to complain and got the young man who was working alongside the girl I had just dealt with in the pharmacy drive thru, explained why I was unhappy with their customer service and he asked me if I couldn't see how busy they were while I was waiting in the drive thru. I told him that my time was also valuable and that there was no reason why I should have to wait even longer while they helped the customers that were in the cars behind me so that they could keep their line moving. Their line certainly wasn't moving during the 15 minutes I sat waiting at the drive thru window. In the time it took them to be rude and lose my family as customers, the price could have been looked up, I could have left the Rx to be filled and picked up the next day. It will be about a 10 or 15 minute drive to another pharmacy but as a consumer I feel it's my right to know how much I'm paying before I leave the Rx - not drop it off only to return later to find out they don't have the medication or I can't afford it. I'm hoping for better customer service elsewhere. They're a big company and I'm sure they don't mind losing customers who expect decent customer service. read more

I have used this pharmacy for years. The pharmacy manager has been so nice and always helpful. Today I arrived to pick up a prescription and was treated rudely by a new arrogant,know it all that was already in with a bad demeanor when I arrived.I thought the doctor was in charge of my healthcare? When does some person I have never seen before, who does not know me or my history....without a medical degree dispense advice on medical treatment. What has happened to the friendly face in the pharmacy that has manners and talks to you like a person not a pain in his side:( I don't dispute what he was saying I am disputing the way he was saying it and in front of at least four other people in line. He didn't take me a side to talk or anything just immediate judgement. Maybe he needs to go to Medical school if he wants to be he doctor. I think I will never go to a Wallgreens store ever again and not think of this incident. I left in near tears shame on them for hiring someone with no empathy or understanding. Shameful read more
