Wow! What an amazing experience this evening was. I made a phone call to Walgreens and spoke with the very pleasant young lady by the name of Carla. From the beginning, she was just so sweet and upbeat and it was so nice speaking with her. I was really apprehensive about asking about balloon bouquets And to my surprise they did have them and they weren't that expensive. She went above and beyond to try to help me pick out the best one for my granddaughters birthday., along with flowers. My grand daughter had told me that she thought how great it would be to wake up on her birthday to be surprised.with balloons and flowers in her room. This young lady went the extra mile, and it was so appreciated. I can't thank Carla enough for her kindness, help and experience. I wasn't sure which way to turn at the last minute so late at night as it was 9 PM. Thankfully, they didn't close until 12 midnight. So grateful that this was accomplished. Typically the pharmacists' here are very good! Today, 9/29/22 the pharmacist sucks! He's soooo slow. He said it would take 2 hours to fill my script. It has now been 3&1/2 hours. No script. He then made some strange comment about it being the last time they would fill for me. He refused to give a reason why. Both two techs and the pharmacist s scrutinizes my prescription as if I was a criminal. I've filled here for 10 years on purpose....to use a single pharmacy for all my prescriptions. Unless this pharmacist is just a temp. I'll be changing all that. Hate to say it, but he doesn't even speak clear English. read more

I'm going to preface my review and say that I think it's great that Walgreens hires people with disabilities. That being said, I agree with another reviewer that a certain male cashier never stops talking. He is very slow to check you out. He also haggles you about promotional items (they get a commission on those; I used to work at WAGS), asks are you really sure you don't want the BOGO item, ect. This seems like excellent customer service, but when you have 5+ people in line and your manager is ignoring the IC3 call and he's taking 10+ minutes per customer during busy times (2:30-6 PM), please put someone else on front counter! Make this guy do floor or photo. Every time I come in and he's working it's a hassle. On a side note, the manager looked at us, turned and walked away. Then stopped at photo for five minutes before helping those of us waiting. She got a chewing by another customer. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. I'm a mexican 19 yo girl and was getting racial profiled at this exact Walgreens. There were about 6 maybe 7 other people in the store and I'm ofc the only darker colored person and they wanna follow me like I'm doing something wrong. It was my 2 year anniversary with my person and Walgreens is the only store that had pretzel m and ms. do better. just because I'm Mexican doesn't mean I'm gonna steal stuff. its 2023. I've been waiting over 30 hours to get a prescription filled. And they never answer the phone.

the pharmacy at this location should be shut down!!!! i have never seen a pharmacy so incompetent!!!! .... and if they answer your call..... it won't be before you have been placed on hold for an hour!!! the whole time you are waiting... you can hear them pick it up and put you back on hold again!!! it is so frustrating... its unexcusable the way they run that place!!! they no longer run on set hours either... its open and closed at random... due to staff problems!!! thats ok for a while... but after months... why still staff problems? hire more people.... because when your staff problem becomes my pharmacy problem.... then i will solve it... read more

This place is horrible on filling prescriptions. 6 hours 17 phone calls later . They are finally filling it. My fiancé had both knees totally replaced and these people keep giving excuses...so after all three doctors and his colleagues call up here... not only are they filling it. If I could give negative stars I would. I have struggled to get my scripts for years. Being an optimist I keep waiting for competence. Still waiting. I do everything possible on the web. But it seems that anything out of spec requires a phone call. That would be fine if I didn't have to wait two (2) hours to engage an actual f'n person! No! I took my 22 year old son to their Take Care clinic, which I like the nurse practitioner there, and their meds were $4, used to be. But for the last 2 weeks, so said the same nurse I sometimes see, you now have to buy into the $4 med program. She sent the prescription to Costco. We waited for over an hour, then had vital signs taken, then waited another hour. It kind of rubbed me the wrong way, yet i really like the nurse practitioner. No where on line does it say you need to make an appointment. When I went in November, it was in and out. Today, it was hell to pay. No one knew who was coming or going. Half the appointment holders hadn't shown up. The pharmacy? Not so good. People were waiting and waiting and waiting. I use that pharmacy but I was unimpressed today. I use Walgreens cause it's common place in other cities where I travel. The problem is not the nurse practitioner, it's Walgreens. It's this Walgreens. Very unhappy with their prescription process. I doubt if i use them again for much. read more

In my town, my Walgreens is closed by 9 and the pharmacist is gone somewhere by 7 but over here, everything is 24/7 which is really cool. It's your typical Walgreens for the most part, you've seen one, you've seen them all. read more

I was very disappointed in Walgreens Pharmacy. I went there after work to get my medicine. The doctor from the ER had faxed over my prescriptions to them so I could go get them after work because it is supposed to be a 24 hour pharmacy so yes I was very upset to get there after a long day at work to find out they was closed. read more

Customer service is usually pretty good. Unfortunately, after tonight I think I'm going to switch to another pharmacy. They are just too busy at different times. It took me 3 different days to come up and get my son's prescription filled. I had finally went inside to drop it off which took about 20 minutes. This time to pick it up, I waited at the window for 34 minutes. 30 of those minutes were before they even asked me what I was there for. read more

Nice and polite cashier. I found all my items in a timely manner. This is important when you are not feeling good. The store layout makes finding items easily. When in town I'll use this location for my everyday needs. read more
