The pharmacy staff is slow and unorganized. I picked up Rx twice and was sent back because it was not processed even tho I received the automated message to notify me that it was ready for pick up. I get to the drive-thru window and they don't take tap. I returned and it took the staff forever to come to the window. Overall, I will change pharmacies and avoid myself the hassle to have to put up with all the inconsistencies and confusion they clearly have demonstrated. read more

My wife was unable to get an appointment with quest so we tried Walgreens for her blood test. No appointment was necessary so we were pleasantly surprised. We happen to walk when the individual who did the blood test arrived back from lunch. The test only took 5 minutes. She was very friendly and nice. The only issue I had was that there time's available are limited. read more

The problem with Walgreens is that it doesn't take most Health Care.gov plans they accept. There medicine is just too expensive. They are without a doubt the most expensive. Prior to having any insurance I had used them a few times and their prices are sometimes less using the Good RX card but with insurance I have yet to find any Health Care.gov program that they will accept. On the positive side they have good consumer service ( they actually call you back when your medicine is read ). read more

If I could give less than 1 star we would definitely would. RUDEST PEOPLE EVER. Pharmacy employees rudest ever, literally rolled gates down on us and ignored the fact that we were in line BEFORE their closing time. Didn't help us find prescription at other Walgreens location because he didn't want to "wait" on the phone for them to answer. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND IF THESE EMPLOYEES HATE THEIR JOB, THEY SHOULD GO ELSEWHERE. I understand that they want to go home too but as customers, we were there before their actual closing time and got treated like we were the worse bother ever. I have been here several times. I have given this place many chances. I ordered through the app, with coupons. So it seems like I'm going to get my full coupons and discounts because it says that it's in stock when I check out and choose pick up in store. I get to the store and they didn't give me my full order. They said it was in stock when I checked out and paid the full price of all the items. So I'm expecting it to be there. First time I said ok maybe it was a mistake in the system. I tried it again and same thing happened. It was pointless to shop online and pick up in store if you have coupons. Then my rewards was about to expire, I didn't feel like going to the store that day. Although I didn't want to lose my $7 rewards, so I head in person to the store to use them. I get a couple of extra things I needed because they were on sale and I had coupons. I get to the register and their system was down. The system wouldn't take my coupons. The manager finally helped me on the next register so that was nice. Although because I was adamant on getting all my coupons added on and getting more rewards with my purchase, he got frustrated with me. When he started to add my rewards coupon, he accused me of using it. I told him the lady before you scanned it I don't know how many times on the other register because it wouldn't work. I had to tell him that I would pull up my previous purchases on the app so he could believe me that I didn't use it. I literally was only there to use my rewards coupon, and now he was telling me it had been used. I asked him isn't the rewards money going to come off? Cuz it literally says $7 rewards on your next purchase of $25. So I'm still learning how to use the rewards and coupons together. He was like it adds it on to your account instead of taking it off. Instead of looking at me like I was annoying the hell out of him. He could have given me some Customer Service and nicely explained to me how it works. Guess what everyone we are suppose to know how the coupon system works cuz they sure don't give a shit if you get your coupons or not. Your suppose to know how the policy works with the rewards, or they just look at you like oh well you didn't get the savings you wanted. This is the closest Walgreens to my house so I am very disappointed that I can't just come over here went ever I want. I'm in Customer Service and yes people are difficult to deal with, I held back on telling the staff off. Because it was just like sorry we can't add the coupons we can't take it off manually, no wiggle room of making sure I got what I wanted. I was thankful that the manager helped me finally, the only reason he did was because I was upset that I wasn't getting what I came for. Why do we have to get upset to get some help? I will now be doing everything I can to avoid this location. I have given them to many chances to redeem themselves. So sad, because I really wanted it to be my go to Walgreens store. Work on your customer service, be patient, and polite to the customers when things go wrong. Do everything you can with out a damn attitude, and maybe you wouldn't get such crappy reviews. Really glad that there is this Walgreens in Horizon. Yea there is a Walmart close by, but this Walgreens is much less busy and has a much better medicine selection. Very few times over the last couple of years have I walked inside, and the place was super busy. Normally it is nice and quiet, and you would find it no trouble at all to do your shopping in peace. The management at this store is very friendly as well. It is not uncommon to see a manager walking the aisles helping to clean, or straightening up the aisles. Don't be afraid to ask them for help, because they are always helpful and willing to assist you. The photo counter is nice too. They are fairly quick as far as getting your prints done, and they alert you when your order is complete and ready. My family has always had good experiences with walgreens photo. This place is good for finding medication or the like that are not usually stocked in your average grocery stores. Of course, they carry the main name brands (which are always expensive).. they also have a good variety of generic (and cheaper) brands as well. As for the cherry on top..? They have a duel redbox machine outside. I frequent it A LOT lol. It usually has a good selection, as well as a good quantity of the titles in stock. read more

Pharmacy department is very rude and not helpful at all. Yesterday I called to have a prescription transferred from cvs and the pharmacist told me to call my doctor for a new prescription which is unheard of. I had to call Walgreens back and tell them that they had to call my other pharmacy to get the meds. Today when I went the lady at the drive through brought me meds I didn't ask for and that had been canceled when I specifically told her why I was there and what I needed. She cOntinued to be rude and had no customer service skills when I asked if my insurance was being billed. I won't be returning here and suggest you to go to another pharmacy for your needs if you want good service. read more
