You call and the auto service pushes you from one spot to another. It would not let me talk to a live person. So leave a message and we will call you back. I get a call at 6:48 pm say yes your script has been transferred, but we close at 7pm.. I said I will right over.. I rush into the CVS at 6:57 and run to the back... It's now 6:58. The lady at the counter says Sir we are closing after this person. But mame you said to get here by 7pm and it's 6:58. Sorry sir she is the late customer. I said I rushed over here from Harbour Town because you said get her by 7pm. "I AM SORRY BUT WE ARE CLOSING AFTER THIS LADY" What are you serious??? it's 6:58, the pharmacy closes at 7pm. Now from me raising my voice I have 5 pharmacy employees staring at me like who is this dissatisfied customer? Why is he upset that we told him to be here by 7pm and now we being customer driven upset. Well I didn't get my script. No wonder this store gets a 2 star rating. That was after, my two scripts were called in and I received acknowledgment that the scripts had been called in days before (2-3) days before I attempted to pick them up. I even called twice to ascertain if they were ready and was advised that they were. My wife even called and was told the same, just to show up and it not be ready. In addition, the first time I visited this location, I was the fifth person in line and none of us left with our medications. Actually my wife just returned home from trying to pick a script up and it was again not ready. I actually prayed for patience the first time I went in the business. Maybe it's all on me or maybe a sign to go elsewhere.

As a small independent drug store they don't have quite the selection that you find in chain drug stores but I always manage to find what I am looking for and feel good about supporting a locally owned shop as opposed to a big corporate chain. They do have a small but nice selection of locally made items, including soaps, scrubs, candles, bug spray, etc.

I would rather be set on fire than return to this store. Anywhere else is better.

Very disappointing experience at this CVS. When we walked in, we went to the photo kiosk, which…read moreclearly gives an option to take passport photos yourself. We followed the kiosk prompts and were using it for several minutes. During that time, the employee at the front watched us and did not say anything to let us know we needed assistance or that we were doing something incorrectly. Instead, the manager came out and immediately addressed us in a rude and passive-aggressive manner, stating that we "can't just use the services" and that it's "not open to the public." When my husband and I tried to explain that we were using the kiosk option, I was cut off mid-sentence in a dismissive way. We were then told that an employee must take the photo. That policy itself was not the issue -- the problem was the lack of communication beforehand and the unprofessional way the situation was handled. If the kiosk presents an option to take the photo yourself and an employee observes customers without correcting them, it naturally leads to confusion. Being spoken to rudely in that situation was unnecessary. After the interaction, the employee took our photos, but the process felt rushed. We were not given time to adjust our hair or posture before the photo was taken, which added to the discomfort of the experience. Overall, customer service at this Bluffton location was lacking. The staff appeared disengaged, and the experience felt more confrontational than helpful. This location would benefit from clearer communication and better customer service training.

I was able to find alternatives, but the pricing was a little higher than what I would have paid at HT or Kroger. I do like shopping at Publix on occasion for certain things, and they often have good BOGO deals for selected items. Unfortunately for me on this visit, none of the items I purchased were on BOGO special.
