I was pretty disappointe. i kept hearing you guys talk about how bad the customer was and even the manager was and they were also talking about it to their customer.... I was there to get my flu shot which I never got. I waited 30 minutes and reminded them about it and they were very rude. So disappointed... read more

I waited 8 minutes in the drive through before I was even acknowledged. There were 5 cars behind me that I could see...I am changing pharmacies ASAP. read more

I waited one hour for a flu shot. I have no idea what was wrong. At one point I did ask because I thought they forgot me. I was told there was some mixup. The check out cashiers are always very nice no problem there read more

Giving this Walgreens a 5-Star ONLY because of a lady named "Brantley" that works in the pharmacy. Every time I come to this location the pharmacy ladies are not very nice, they speak to you like they do not care and like you are a huge inconvenience. However- Brantley did not, every time I ask for her to help me because she has customer service, is friendly and acts professional. Because of her, Myself and my Family will continue to use the Hartselle Walgreens. Also, the new male Pharmacist seems nice, and works fast. read more
