Turns out the associate was down one of the isles, had ear buds in and likely did not hear me at the counter. When he arrived he seemed very confused and was only able to find 2 packs of my developed film. I will go back to the store to hopefully get the rest of my pictures, but after that I likely will take my business elsewhere. The front counter was a total mess...stuff sitting everywhere. My Doctor recommended Stafford Pharmacy that Dr. Kobe Boakye owns and operates. He is the kindest gentleman! He had my medicine in stock, was able to process my insurance quickly and fill my script. Dr. Boakye is clearly a seasoned pro; he explained my medication instructions, availed himself to questions and assured me the current medications I am taking would not negatively interact with the script he filled for me. Stafford Pharmacy is unique from chain drug stores in a number of positive ways. It carries specialty items and offers specialty services that include: delivery, medical equipment, compounding and an assortment of over the counter meds as well as herbal supplements. Instead of my transaction being processed by a teenager, or even a Pharmacist, a Pharmacologist tended to me and the customer service was excellent! In fact, I forgot my insurance card and Dr. Boakye called me himself and offered to drop it in the mail. If you find the wait at Giant or CVS obnoxious and would feel more confident with a gentleman that holds a PhD in Pharmacology...Dr. Boakye and Stafford Pharmacy will become your trusted, primary provider.

They remember you by name. They are knowledgeable, courteous, patient, sympathetic when called for, friendly and fast. I have NEVER had a problem.
