So I need to invent or adjust treatments for someone weekly... No one teaches me more than these geniuses. Kind. Warm. Responsive, Friendly, Careful but inventive. ALL MY PATIENTS LOVE THEM. I could use 50 other places. But why move away from exceptional care and smarts? Every staff member and pharmacists are profoundly helpful. Calling them is like dealing with a close family member. Give them a try. You will not regret it. James Schaller, MD

I tried to transfer my prescription to this pharmacy and it was one of the worst customer service…read moreexperiences I have had. When I explained there was a problem with the transfer, the staff would not listen and just told me they would call when it was ready. When I pushed further, they told me to call Publix and figure it out myself. Publix actually tried to help by calling this pharmacy to correct the issue, but nobody here answers the phone. In all my years dealing with pharmacies, I have never experienced anything like this. I would rather keep my prescription at Publix and pay more than transfer it to this location.

They've been great for us, truly…read more I think their business model is solid, if old-schoolC but it makes a lot of sense. From what I can tell, they are selective in who they encourage to use and keep using them by prioritizing keeping "their customers' '" medications in stock, reducing their wait times as much as possible, have conversations about patient health, etc. They seem to (probably informally) favor certain local prescribers who I'm assuming they maintain relationships with, and who send in prescriptions for patients on a consistent, predictable regimen. It can seem strange or even unfair for a pharmacy to seemingly give precedence to some customers and not others if you've only ever used a corporate "big box" (CVS/Walgreens) style of pharmacy. But I think most if not all the success of the typical modern "mom and pop" American pharmacy can be attributed to some version of this strategy. Their focus seems to be retention of their loyal, predictable customer base, and the network of providers/doctors they trust. Once you've built up enough longevity for them to see you as "their customer", and especially if you're someone who relies on your maintenance meds getting filled on time - you'll really be glad you have them as your pharmacy. Especially during worsening supply shortages, when a sudden mass layoff means you lose your health insurance, or the sticker price of your lifesaving medication suddenly skyrockets (and all the other crises we face as the sad reality in modern American life). Anyone relying on their meds to live and/or function will appreciate getting in with a pharmacy that has your back because (with few exceptions) CVS honestly doesn't.

This pharmacy has bombarded my office with faxes claiming to have supplies like masks and hand…read moresanitizer. I called before making the trip and they confirmed they indeed had everything in stock. I arrived to find shelves that were mostly empty and outrageous pricing. I asked for masks and was told a packet of disposable masks were $75. Hand sanitizer was $5 and 5 for $20. I have posted a pic of the 2oz of generic hand sanitizer they are selling. What they are doing is abusive and is the very definition of price gauging. Please do not go to them they are not about their customers. They are taking advantage of people like myself in desperate times.

It stands as a reminder of what community healthcare used to be and, thankfully, what it still can be. From the outside, it is unassuming. But the moment you walk through the doors, you quickly realize this is far more than a place to pick up a prescription. There is genuine warmth here. The conversations are real, people are greeted by name, and you can sense that everyone behind the counter truly cares about the people they serve. I have been coming here for more than three years, and they have never let me down. When I needed a specialized medication for a stubborn rash and every other pharmacy told me it was unavailable, they were the only ones who managed to source it for me in February at a very reasonable price. That kind of persistence and commitment is becoming increasingly rare. What makes this pharmacy special is how beautifully it balances old fashioned service with modern capability. It still has the feel of the independent pharmacies many of us grew up with, where relationships mattered, yet behind the scenes they have the technology, expertise, and resources you would expect from a leading healthcare provider. In a world that often feels rushed and impersonal, places like this deserve to be celebrated. They are more than a pharmacy. They are a trusted part of the community, quietly improving lives one patient at a time. Five stars without hesitation.

They have blocked off most of the entrances to the parking lot! So you can imagine the chaos. Their claimant is that they had a power surge causing the entrances being blocked? Seriously???? No! They are trying to control the number of shoppers! Why? Because the shelves in all the cold areas are completely empty! No food! Unless you want a cake! And they want to stay open and make money off the other crap. My thought is this Walmart/Sam's is a multi- billion dollar company. You can't get up and running to capacity in 3 days?! Cop out! So you block off entrances is your answer to this and create problems? I am calling BULLSHIT! It absolutely does nothing to complain to Walmart corporation on ANY problems. Their thought is we don't take or react to complaints. It is obvious stance they take , you don't like it here ...leave! This particular location is pretty messed up in general. Small store, less merchandise and high prices. I have always found it convenient because I live not a block away. Retail in Naples in general is pretty sketchy! The stores Walmart, Target and Sam's have hiring problems . Which produces chaotic , dirty stores, and no organization. And this is Naples! The town of beautiful streets and beach houses. Frustration!!!

I recently got a Sam's Club membership and have had my Costco membership for over 20 years. While…read morethis is the only Sam's I have gone to, I can write that this is NOT Costco. While the store is neat, parking ample, gas station never crowded (and $7 car wash a must), they cater to more of an Hispanic community with many of the choices in can goods and spices. They do not try to go for the unusual gourmet type items that Costco carries. They do have the basics and I will note as a health conscious family, the Gary's Quick Steaks in the Frozen section are phenomenal and healthy (drain the fat) if your like Italian type beef. Meat is good, especially the Baby Back Ribs. However, all in all I go there for the staples. One more thing their app that enables you to scan your purchases and not wait in a check out line is great....BUT you still have to wait in line to exit the store which to me kind of defeats the purpose of using the app.
