The store is clean and well stocked and the staff were pleasant. You definitely pay the location tax. Things are more expensive than five miles away at other CVS While CVS signs that mask are required there is ZERO effort to enforce the mandate. Half the people were unmasked. Pharmacy: Five stars. Allie's the head pharmacist: bright, knowledgeable, great attitude, and goes above and beyond to serve you (plus the person at the drive-in window, plus the two people on hold on the phone). Yes, it's that busy...at least during season. There's also Matt and Ovid, both capable and service-driven men who work hard and keep pace. The Store: 4 Stars. As far as I can tell, the lion's share of the work is spent stocking the shelves, and probably reorganizing the stock to make room for more merchandise. That seems to be the priority/focus of Jim, Mary, and any of the others you might meet in the aisles or the register, probably very busy taking care of business and communicating to each other. They are certainly not slackers or dead wood. Trust these folks. They are on your side. read more

Harassed by store tenant (older white male) in a horribly rude and aggressive manner to sign up for a CVS card, told to at least acknowledge the sales signs behind me in a yelling tone. He started to sign me up for the CVS card without my permission. This has happened at this location multiple times. DO NOT TRUST THIS CVS LOCATION! read more

The problem with this location is the pharmacy is always busy. The lady pharmacist tries really hard but they are understaffed due to the volume. When I drop off a rx, they always have to check to see if its in stock. REALLY. It clearly stated pharmacy on your sign. Keep it stocked especially with the 500 people in the store every day. Won't go here again as it's way too busy. I don't have time to wait 3 hours for a rx. read more

My Indiana doctor called in an amount of 30 tablets on an Rx and this CVS filled 15. Didn't ask for my insurance card, so assumed they used what was in their system. When I got home with my prescription I found both errors. Last year when my Indiana doctor called in a cream for my poison ivy skin rash to this CVS, the only pharmacy on the island, he found it very curious that he was asked his license number for prescribing narcotics....and told me this is the first time that has happened and indicative of what he'd read about CVS having legal problems in Florida regarding narcotics(fact...I also saw it on the news). I do not trust this pharmacy for accuracy and don't use CVS up north either. I prefer a less harried pharmacy like Target or my grocery store pharmacy. read more

Great location and awesome selection! The only thing I wish is that the had more of a can beer selection. Clerk was very nice. Great sunscreen selection! They also carried ice, which was very convenient. Oh...and they have lots of great beach items such as clothes, rafts, and toys. Right across the street from the beach! read more

We tried to stop in just before they closed at 10 pm. The lady manager was standing at the door and refused to let me in. I showed her my phone that said 9:58. I just need to grab some contact solution. She argued with me and told me it was after 10. I showed her my phone again and she locked the door and walked away. Never going to stop here again. I'm sure that corporate would love to have a discussion with her about it. read more
