The owner Mark is usually there whenever they are open but all of the staff is as friendly and as personable as you will find anywhere. They take the time to try get to each and every of their customers and I've always been greeted with a smile and a friendly comment and they also usually remember your name. They do custom compounding which I didn't think was a big deal until my son needed a dosage of a medication that wasn't commercially available so they just made it up for him. Also my son had to take a cough medicine once that was extremely nasty tasting, so when I dropped off the prescription and they realized that the flavor was offensive they phoned me to ask me what my son's favorite flavor was so that they could make it taste more palatable. He got better and never knew that the medicine prescribed was so yucky. For years I had great prescription insurance and the co-pays were a little cheaper here than I found at the national franchise pharmacies in the area but like a lot of you out there in this tough economy I lost my drug coverage and every prescription I now had to pay for 100 %. I sat down with Mark and discussed the situation that I was now in and he directed me to a free discount card issued by the federal government. He also told me about different programs that I wasn't aware of and the prescriptions that I needed were less than 1/2 of the price that I was quoted at the local "Big Box" Pharmacies in the area. I was really excited about this because I was trying to shift things around financially so that I could continue to afford my monthly prescriptions and I couldn't find any solutions. This Pharmacy and it's staff probably saved my life by providing the information that nobody took the time to give me. I was trying to decide which pills that I could maybe do without, so that I could still afford to eat and pay my bills. This may not sound like such a big deal to you if you have prescription coverage but just try losing that coverage and all of a sudden this becomes a huge deal. When was that last time that you were treated with the dignity and respect that you deserved when you had a rough patch in your life? Here they will do that. They also offer the $4.00 Generic Prescriptions that a lot of the larger stores are offering but they do one thing that the other guys don't do, they have a home delivery service. Once my car was broke down and in the shop and I couldn't get in to pick up my medicine so I just called the Pharmacy to tell them that I would have to wait a few days until my car was out of the shop and was asked if I'd like to get my order delivered? This really shocked me and when the guy dropped off my medicine he was just as kind and polite as the rest of the staff was. I can't say enough good things about this place and if you really want treated with the respect and dignity that you deserve and that we all used to get in days gone by, you should give this place a try. Not only will you be delighted you will probably save a few bucks too. The only negative thing that I have found here is that they close at 7pm. It has been difficult at times to deal with this drawback but because of how they are and how they treat you here, this should be the least of your worries.

I was just requiring the pickup of my prescriptions which I was notified by cvs via email were ready. When I entered my name into the computer system, which leads a great deal to be desired, I was notified by the technician from the other side of the pharmacy that there was nothing for me and when challenged that I was sent a text she instructed me to go to the other desk like I was a major inconvenience to her and then told begrudgingly that it was not there and would take several hours to fill. I left without my prescriptions or my purchases. When returning home I was again notified that the prescriptions were ready at the same cvs I had just left 10 minutes prior. Phoned my prescribing physician and moved my medication needs to Walgreens.

After today's experience I'm never setting my foot inside that store. Absolutely disgusting! I only came in to print out 1 picture for Father's Day. Both kiosks weren't working and the cashier told me I have to download it and print it "somehow" . The manager was nearby, so I asked him to help me with the process - he said "you do it yourself from your phone" and walked away, in the middle of me trying to ask where even to start on their website. By the way, the store was dead slow, only couple people walking around. But I guess it's too much trouble to assist the customer or let them finish the sentence. Also, when I asked for the store manager - she is "on vacation" and the store number - "I have no idea". Rude! Disrespectful! Lazy! Just go somewhere else.
