The only reason that I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars is that they don't stock a lot of different cough syrups or similar compared to Target, etc., but if you ask for something they can usually get it from their distributor in a day or so. For example, difficult to find items, like hypoallergenic, orphan drug OTC formulations, natural remedies like simalsin eye drops. Never busy counter or store in my experience! Even after work. She said it's also used to raise blood pressure. I said 'I don't think so because that would be a very bad side effect for people with hyperthyroidism" She seemed annoyed, plopped it in the bag, shoved it at me, and said "just take 2 a day." It's not a big deal because I understand my medication, but it's kind of scary that they don't.

The lady behind the counter had her back to me washing pans in the sink. I said excuse me, but she never turned around. I thought well maybe she didn't hear me, so I thought I will catch her again when I finish my shopping. I came back around to the counter and again she never acknowledged that I was standing there. She continued seasoning the seafood and never looked up. I know she seen me but did not acknowledge that I was standing there right in front of her. I know she wasn't blind, but certainly blind to customer service. I have never seen any Publix employees trat a paying customer this way, other than the woman who was behind the counter at 0830 on a Monday Night, in Dec 07. 2025
