Terrible customer service, I had talked to a pharmacy tech three days prior to stopping in to pick up my RX, after driving an hour from home. Got there and they acted like I was the one wrong about picking up my RX,didn't even have it filled. Have been a customer fo 23 years! On top of that they were going to charge me $115. compared to $62. at Winn Dixie. Not the first time this has happened but will be the last.... Rude techs also! read more

When my insurance company asked me to switch to Walgreens I wasn't happy. But after a short time we love shopping there. Prices are not bad and with their discount and savings cards it's even better. And where else can two people find their own personal drug dealer who calls us by name when walk up to the counter. read more

Never want to shop Walgreens again. Ever. You figure when you look something up on their website to shop and compare prices with various stores and you put in the correct store that you will be shopping at and you decide to pick up an item at that store then that will be the correct price. Wrong. Only if you order it online for pickup. Then you need to spend 10 dollars to pick it up. That is the only way that you will be sure to get it at the advertised price on their website. To me pickup means if I drive to that store and I walk in that store and I pick out that item and buy it, then I picked up that item. I needed 2 things that cost $4.99 each. That is 2 cents less than 10 dollars. I did not need any more items to make it to $10. or more. I only needed those 2 items. Figured what the heck why do drive through pickup when I can just walk in and get it. Wrong! With Walgreens it does not work that way. Those items are now $8.49 each because I did not spend at least $10. online to pick up my items. I could of went to WalMart and bought name brand instead of Walgreens name or had it shipped from Amazon without using the gas to go to Walgreens. Even having same day delivery to our house would have been cheaper than what was paid for these 2 items. Lesson learned. Yeah! Walgreens sucks! read more

Definitely stay away from this franchise. I am a primary care practitioner and while attempting to call in prescriptions for one of my patients...a second time since the first message was apparently lost, the call center pharmacist was condescending and rude. This attitude after two transfers and a 15 minute hold because they could not find me in the database. ( I have practiced in the area for 2 years and this patient was not new to walgreens). read more
