Store was very neat and organized and the photos I sent to be printed were ready when I arrived and the order was correct. The reason the review isn't more than 3 stars is because it truly was a 3 1/2 star experience but since half stars aren't allowed it definitely wasn't a 4 star visit so 3 it is. The customer service is what pulled it down. 1 poor cashier responsible for ringing customers up, photo lab and answering questions for customers on the sales floor. What's happening? I called and was on hold from 12:46pm until they closed for break (1:31pm). That's a REALLY long time to be put on hold without ANYONE picking up the call! I simply wanted to know if the meds are ready before i drive out to the pharmacy because the doctor's office said it was sent an hour prior. read more

I really wish we were allowed to give 0 stars, because they don't even deserve one!! I called to see if my Dr had called in my prescription. The phone rang for a long time, and then someone answered the phone finally, and laughing said "I'll be with you in a minute". Well 15 minutes went by (I am out of my medication and need it for tomorrow) and no one came back on the phone. Then it sounded like someone picked up and hung up on me right away. I guess they have no interest in doing their jobs. They certainly don't care about the customers! I'll take my business elsewhere from now on!! read more

There pharmacy didn't have my Ciprofloxacin in stock. I had a bad bad infection and they didn't have it. And they only are opened until 6pm. I highly recommend switching pharmacy's. And every time I get my prescription through the drive through the line is super long and they are slow and extremely understaffed. read more

On the whole, I don't prefer Walgreen's. Prices tend to fluctuate, and this store is barely ever stocked with sale items. Walgreen's brand equivalents of national brands ain't too nice. Tried to fill an Rx here. They had a $10 coupon. The pharmacist was on the phone with a social (not work) call. Blah blah blah. Giggle. Blah blah blah. 20 minutes later...Oops! We don't have this. We'll order it. Three days later... still no meds. (It was only a kids' vitamin, hello?!) Sent the Significant Other back to pick up the paper Rx so we could take it someplace else. Phooey on the coupon. Not worth the hassle. Stopped another time for ice. None in the cooler. Asked the guy. He doesn't speak enough English to understand what I mean. on 11/01/2013 i called to transfer my meds from target to walgreen s as it is difficult for me to get to targets now that i have no transportation. the clerk did not id herself so i don not have a name, but, she asked for the phone number of target and i advised her i could not get to it at the time as it was upstairs , the phone is downstairs and with my illness i at that time could not climb the stairs again, i was advised when i can get targets phone number to call back. i reminded the clerk i used a phone directory when i was employed with all the phone numbers of the businesses i was in contact with on my job, she stated again to call back when i get the number. i will keep my monthly prescription plan with target walgreens has changed since i last used them the walgreens in willingboro nj are much better, they don't min doing extra for someone who needs help read more
