I have never had any type, shape, way or form of discrimination against myself,and I'm mixed race. If anything I find that this particular store has the friendliest staff of all the other B&BW I have ever patronized. The store always has stock, and if they don't have it, they help you find it online. They are helpful but not pushy. The store is always neat and clean. The staff has lots of recommendation for scents and I find they're honest about products. All in all they have a great and customer appreciative attitude! Thank you!!

Keep in mind I am Native American and suffer from Lupus and can barely walk--the woman next to me had been looking at the shelves with her kids and was blonde and white. I put my stuff on the floor because my back is so bad I can't hold it up--I have severe joint issues and spinal issues due to the lupus. I ask for help picking it up, and none of the CSR's would help--they just laughed at me, but the woman in line in front of me (not the blonde as I had to get in another line because I was discriminated against) helped me pick up my bag to bring to the register. When I got there they still treated me like a second class citizen and kept trying to re-inforce that the other woman was in line in front of me when I told them, "that is a lie and you know it, she was looking at the wall to the side and not in line." All in all I am disabled and the staff basically didn't help me, and laughed at me. I am older and used to being discriminated against as I look Native American or Spanish. I sincerely hope this bigotry and discrimination doesn't happen to someone else at this store.

After purchasing my bed and my recliner chair delivery was prompt and made to my home in time the delivery personnel was very courteous and went above my expectation Setting the furniture up. A few months later I had a few small problems with the bed and chair. They were cosmetic reasons for the that I was not happy with immediately they came and picked up my items took them back to the shop and fixed and replaced them the next day excellent service. I will not buy another piece of furniture for my home without going to them first they're that good! shout out to Steven and Jason went out of their way to accommodate my needs thank you.
