purchased a new refrigerator and it was suppose to be delivered 12-4-24 between 4-8pm. finally at…read more11:15 pm the tracker says I'm the next stop. I go open the garage doors come back and see I missed a call which I immediately returned but got no answer. This morning I called and was told the driver said he was in my driveway for 15 minutes but no one was home. That is an outright lie, I have motion sensing cameras and NOTHING comes up my driveway that I don't see, not to mention with 5 dogs no one drives up here unannounced. So I call them back after checking my cameras and this time they say well the driver was at the end of my driveway, which is .15 miles from my house, but it was dark he said so he called from the highway apparently and then left leaving my return calls unanswered. Had he actually come up the driveway he would have seen every light in this damn house on, but he didn't bother. Nor did he even bother to call me BEFORE the delivery window expired to say they were running 4 hours behind. So finally at 1 am I gotta go to bed to get up for work in 4 hours. Had I not purchased this on sale, it's $150 more now, and hadn't moved out my old fridge like they told me told me to, I'd tell them to shove it up you know where. Because now I have to wait until 12-8-24 between 8 am and 8 pm for it to be delivered. ill Never buy anything there again, terrible way to do business. They should have delivered it promptly the next morning at the VERY least, or given me 10% off of the purchase or future purchase, but they didn't offer me anything, just said the driver called at 11:30 pm from the end of your .15 mile driveway so it's your fault.

Bought 10000 dollars worth of doors. French doors were not matched. Got doors that were one green…read moreand obecwhite. Been trying for over a year to get them to fix their mistake. Wont call us back. We're stuck with checkerboard doors. Door department said they never check anything that comes in to see if its ok before sending it out to custoner. Everytime we contact store get someone new with a different story. Have contacted store at district level still not getting doors fixed. Districts promise to have store contact doesn't do any good. Store mabager still doesn't call us back to let us know what's going on. Don't buy from the beford lowes. Worst store ever
