The pharmacist here is a stand-up guy. I went to snag some Ny-Quil for my awful chest cold, and he explained that it wouldn't help me (for the particular symptoms I was suffering from) and that I should just take Benadryl and Ibuprofen instead. He also offered Mucinex, but explained that it wouldn't curb symptoms, and it cost kind of a lot, but it might make me feel better to use an expectorant. I bought the Mucinex because really--what's $11.99 when you feel like crap and you've gotta go to work anyway? This isn't the first time he's talked me through some over-the-counter meds. I really appreciate him taking the time to talk with me about my symptoms, and to help me find what's best for me. This Walgreen's gets an A-plus for pharmacy service. Nice job, guys! Pharmacy sucks, will cancel your order if you don't respond like sorry I'm busy in life and forget but after they did that I tried to schedule it for another day and they didn't accept it because still say submitted so i canceled it and tried again ... it said it was gonna be filled but it just say submitted. Now I'm out of meds and have to drive far to get my meds so yea don't go to this Walgreens if you have a busy life. read more

The turnover here, is horrid, which is why I believe there are so many pharmaceutical errors. I have been waiting on a delayed refill for 4 days. I realize my medication that is due is not a life-sustaining medication. It is a medication that assists my disability and helps ambulation. Without its use, I find it difficult to get out of bed. I realize they have a lot of customers, but my feeling is: hire appropriate, QUALIFIED staff...treat them right, so they will stay, and perhaps these 'errors' would not take place. I get tired of being told 'sorry for your inconvenience.' This is NOT just an inconvenience...it's devastating to your customers. read more

I was there today, july 7, and they had new people at the printing area. The service has always been great but today was terrible and even racist. They did not want to make any copies and their attitude was disrespectful. Please bring back the older cashiers and the other people at the photocopy center.Instead of improving you are getting worst. read more

The woman in the pharmacy was very considerate and understanding and helped us get the supplies we needed. She really went above and beyond and I can't praise her enough. I can't guarantee you'll get the same experience we did, but it seems to us Walgreens tries to hire people who really want to help others. A+ for caring! read more

The pharmacy here is poor! My prescriptions are never ready. The customer service people are impolite and not focused on their job. When I try calling the pharmacy, I speak to someone remotely and the information they provide is incorrect. Will be changing pharmacies as soon as possible. read more

My doctors office faxed in a prescription this morning for me...I checked with Walgreens mid-afternoon to see if they had it as I wasn't showing it on my account through their website. She stated she didn't see it, so I called my doctors office back and was told she showed the fax went through but she'd re-fax to them. I waited a while, saw they had it, then left to go into town to run errands and pick it up. I got their and again, their drive-up line was horribly long, so I decided to just go in. Stood in line for quite some time, got to the window and she asked me about insurance. I advised we have new insurance as of last Friday but don't have cards yet so I'd be paying cash pricing for it but using GoodRX app. She ran the numbers and told me the new balance was $15.11 but it wasn't ready yet and to come back in a 1/2 hr. I told her I'd just go pick up my groceries and come back. We came back nearly an hour later, sat in the drive-up line forever, got to the post to pick it up, gave the girl my name and she told me the total again, then disappeared. Sat there again for quite some time when and saw the Pharmacy Manager, Scott F. was helping people in the other drive-up line, helping 2 other cars while I sat there waiting. He finally came over the intercom and asked for my name. Gave it to him, as I had the girl earlier, and he says, "It's not done yet; come back in an hour" I said that's ridiculous as I've already been waiting all day for it. He proceeded to hang up the intercom phone to where there was even music playing, which I've never had before, and then HE ignored me. I pressed the call button twice just to have him glance out the window at me twice making eye contact, but ignoring me as I wanted to ask if it was ok for my daughter to pick it up tomorrow with my debit card so I'm not wasting gas going into town again. He kept ignoring me. After sitting there for another 10 minutes, I finally drove off!! I'm filing a complaint with their customer relations department as something needs to be done about their horrible service lately, slow service and this manager's horrible treatment of a customer that has been going there for years. read more

I have never been so disrespected by a pharmacy technician in all my life. I think it's funny now. How can somebody talk down to you tell you you're not important and act like medication the you need to take 3 times A-day every day so you don't become sick is a burden to them. All I did was call and ask to see up a pre authorization had made it to the store in beaver dam Wisconsin then the pharmacy person decided to tell me after I've been waiting 3 days that they don't have time to fill it today that I can wait till tomorrow. The most disgusting thing about this is the fact that if I would answer the phone and talk to people like this technician talk to me I'd be fired I don't know what rights they think they have to personally judge talked down to or even profile that's right I'm getting a little tired of being profiled when I go to the pharmacy to get perscription from my doctor profiled love to be profiled by Walgreens when I go there believe you me this message is not ending here I'm contacting their corporate office I'm contacting their regional manager this is not done Walgreens has disrespected us for the last time and I'm talking about everybody out there who's been profiled by these disgusting and despicable people.
