Love our Walgreens. They always have enough people working and help with anything. We get our prescriptions pretty fast.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy and store. This location is constantly slow!! it is usually 30+ minute wait for prescriptions and orders are always messed up as in getting an automated call saying it's ready just to wait in line 30+ minutes to be told it's not ready!! read more

The store is great location and has good deals on beer and wine. The store is pretty busy, always cars in the parking lot.. but i've never had to wait very long in line seems like they train their employee's to keep the line moving which they do very well. Overall easy shopping experience to get what you need and get out! read more

Well I used to love Walgreens but this one has the worst customer service. If you buy something at one location and the item breaks or is defective, you would think they would stand behind their product. Well that's not the case. I had to replace a glucose sensor that stopped working 2 days before it was supposed to. No problem. I went to a location near my work which is nowhere near my home and it was defective. So like any rational person with a receipt, I took it to the location near my house as I was home and wouldn't you know. They can't do anything. So now that I finished doing business with this Walgreens and all other locations across the country, I guess CVS will be getting my business and as a diabetic, I spend a lot on meds. Thank you Walgreens for making the process of finding my new pharmacy easy. read more

Every single time I come here there is a huge line with multiple people waiting in line and there are multiple people working but only have one person checking out. Their drive through isn't even working. I will never come here again and recommend nobody else does either. read more

Great Customer Service and they are always friendly. They have some sales going on. The only issue I have with this store is that when it comes to cash back they can only give you $20.00 cash per transaction so I have to walk out of there with LOTS OF CHOCOLATE CANDIES ! ..... I have to give a huge shout out to Walgreens at Paloma Creek who helped me so much yesterday. So medication that I had been getting very easily has been a little bit harder to get lately because it has to be sent out and order. These pills have to be started at a certain time to be effective and to take them. Well they have been getting to me late because of the ordering situation. So what I found happening is that I was not going to get these pills until 5 days after I need to start them and that is not good when they are birth control pills! I talked to the people there at Walgreens they were very nice and helpful and then a pharmacist talked to me. It was due to my insurance of course, what causes us all our problems? The insurance. And she told me to call her the next day she was going to try to help me and I don't know what she did but I had my pills the next day. I don't know her name and I didn't get to talk to her, but I just want to say a huge thank you to Walgreens at Paloma Creek and that pharmacist who was able to help me out with a huge need! I truly appreciate what she did to help me. read more

Worst pharmacy service ever! It's a pharmacy not the freakin' DMV... You end up waiting way too long just to see if your prescription is ready to be picked up or if you're just dropping off a prescription. What would help is if they filled up those empty drop/pick up registers with some staff instead of having one long line INSIDE and another OUTSIDE waiting on one person to get to everybody. It's ridiculous and I almost fill sorry for that one clerk who has to put up with this bs. My other issue with this place is just like everyone else's, they take way too long to fill prescriptions. Also they don't bother calling you when they don't have any in stock, only for you to find out when you come to pick it up. read more

Horrific experience. 16 month old son with ear infection had medicine faxed to this Walgreens 4 hours before closing. We were told they had too many prescriptions to fill to get to us before closing. We were sent to A Denton Walgreens around the time of closing and they did not receive the prescription from the original Walgreens so we had to wait until the next day to get medicine. Normally not a big deal, but we were treated like we were inconveniencing both store locations and all we wanted was the amoxicillan we were prescribed in plenty of time to be filled. read more

Dropped my prescription off at 2. They told me it would be ready at 3:45. I show up at 6 and it still isnt ready..

There are not a lot of options out this way so the location is convenient. The store is usually well stocked prices are fair. The lack of stars is for the pharmacy department. They are slow and rude. I get four meds filled routinely every month. I never have the correct number of pills in my bottle . Very frustrating I have since transferred pharmacies but I continue to shop here for odds and ends rather then driving into little elm or venturing to Walmart read more

After many horrible experiences with CVS pharmacy, I transferred all of my prescriptions to Walgreens. I was amazed by how quickly I received my prescriptions. No long lines or long waiting times in the drive-thru, friendly, knowledgable staff every time I've been there, no matter what time day or night. read more

I am used to going into a pharmacy and getting my prescription and leaving. But John was SO nice and helpful.

I use this pharmacy regularly and never have had a problem! However notably today, a prescription called in by the physician at 5, is not ready at 8? There are new faces at the pharmacy, not only do they not have it ready but the guy was rude, if I could see his name I'd share darker skinned oriental maybe! I just hate rude workers! Normally all is well here always a terribly long line but that I guess is a good thing! read more

Very interesting people here. :/ busy, high traffic area. Be careful when entering and exiting location as well as parking. Cashier was not helpful but I guess you can expect that from a young teenager. Will continue business elsewhere. read more

Photo Dept- I ordered some sentimental pictures of our sweet dog we just lost to cancer via the Android app yesterday. The app is seriously easy, no crazy log in required, pulled the pics straight out of my phone's pictures and they were ready within the hour. From the time I downloaded the free app to the pictures being ordered was less than 3 minutes. I've used this location at least a dozen times for pictures printed and they are always done quickly and correctly. I'm reviewing this time because these pictures are very special and there was no hiccup or troubles that would have made the situation even more emotional. Thank you Walgreens! read more

The pharmacy is incredibly slow and they don't care to fix the problem. Once I am able to switch my things I will drive someplace else.

Called the Pharmacy and held on the line for 25 minutes so speak with someone. Someone picked up one time and asked me to hold but they never came back on the line. The phone eventually just rang and rang with no answer within the pharmacy department so I had to hang up. I called the Little Elm location and the phone was answered within 2-3 minutes. I find it hard to believe that pharmacy staff are unable to accept calls in between drive thru and walk in customers. Very frustrating and horrific customer service. read more

Worst Walgreens, least customer friendly PHARMACY ever is at Aubrey, TX. First I have nothing against Walgreens - the Walgreens Pharmacy on University Drive Denton is fantastic, super customer oriented. Talk is cheap - so here are examples. I received a certificate from Walgreens for switching Pharmacy, Aubrey Walgreens for a $25 gift card said they couldn't take it, the Denton University Walgreens said no problem and gave me my $25 gift card. The Denton University Walgreens has never screwed up my prescriptions. On the first try, the Aubrey Walgreens completely screwed up my prescription and I was getting bills from their corporate after I paid for a single prescription. Finally, here is the salt in the wound, the local Walgreens billed me again months after I had paid the bill the same day I picked up the prescription. They told me to come to the store so we could straighten it out. I sit patiently in the chair and the manager was trying to explain it to the Pharmacist Emily. She angrily shouted out as I and a few customer watched " I CLOSE IN 5 MINUTES, I DON"T HAVE TIME FOR THIS". And slammed the phone down as hard as she could. Yelled for me come to this computer like I was some recruit in boot camp. So this set the tone, she had no intention of helping, acted like I was trying to rip Walgreens off, and yelled like a trained parrot - "the computer says this - the computer says this". Next day a senior manager reviewed the issue, found that I was 100% correct, apologized, refunded the corporate over change. Ask yourself - do you want to deal with this and get help from a Pharmacist named Emily? Who gives priority in closing in 5 minutes so she can go home - but not a damn about the customer. CVS and Walmart Pharmacy are coming soon here!!! Emily hope you always get to close in 5 minutes and you remember I was 100% right and you were 100% wrong!!! You added to making this the Worst Pharmacy worst customer service EVER!!! Maybe this review will improve your horrible customer service skills - I doubt it. read more
