This is a great Walgreens, especially the Pharmacy! For the pharmacy I've had my flu shot here and moved all of my prescriptions over. They are very friendly, and the prescriptions are ready when they say they are going to be ready. Also they've been helpful in general questions that I've had. The general merchandise element of the store is A little more hit and miss. Clearly they have the surprise Rush with only one cashier upfront, and it usually takes a while to get a second cashier. But the store is generally clean and well organized. read more

If you have ever been this this Walgreen location, then you know! I didn't know this bad of customer service was possible. The drive through is never open and if it is, then you might be there awhile until you finally decide to go inside. Once inside pharmacy, there will be no greeting. In fact, you will feel as though you are interrupting their never ending conversation and are an inconvenience that you are even there. I dont get it! read more

This particular Walgreens is awful. The pharmacist offered a generic insulin that cannot even be put into an insulin pump. I ordered the type that I need (regularly and monthly) and when I went to pick it up first thing the next morning it was on the shelf to be picked up like a regular medication and not in the refrigerator as indicated for insulin. The waits are super long and they do not answer the phone. You'll have to get in your car to talk to someone. I wrote this review after many experiences. I think they are negligent. This is a terrible Walgreens pharmacy. Had the misfortune of getting my covid 19 vacinne here. First shot was about 15 minutes after appt time. Second shot was 45 minutes past appt time. No mention by person who checked in or the nurse they were running behind. Many people standing around waiting frustrated. The nurse was very cavalier about it all. I went to this Walgreens because it's right across the street from my apartment complex, literally at 9:55pm. Thought I could make a quick exchange because the Christmas cooking the I bought yesterday were expired by 3 months. I watched the manager lock the door at 9:55pm, while customers were still inside, even though they stay open until 10pm. Now I'm not usually the one to try to run on a store last minute but I decided to wait until the manager (some middle aged rude Caucasian man) let a couple of them out to politely ask if I could just make a quick exchange because they sold me an expired product and he completely ignored my request, said in a rude tone "we're closed ma'am" and shuts the door in my face! I was completely embarrassed and felt unappreciated as a customer of Walgreens. I'm going to get the manager's name and force this complaint through to corporate because his rudeness coupled with the inconvenience of his decision to close 5 minutes early was just completely unacceptable and how now become a reflection of this Walgreens location. read more

This specific walgreens is terrible. If possible I'd suggest using literally any other pharmacy. They're insanely rude, each time I have called ahead to check if my medication is ready they confirm yet once I get there and say it will be another hour or so (after I have already arrived there) and don't seem to care. This has happened multiple times. Not sympathetic whatsoever - and actually had them laugh and make jokes about lying about wait time right in front of my face. One time I had a flight to make - they told me my medication was ready - which it wasn't when I got there. They said it would be another 30 minutes. Then the pharmacist turned to her coworker and said "ha she thinks it'll be 30" right in front of my face! Like I wouldn't hear ... literally the worst rude people. read more

They said my insurance doesn't work there when it worked at the urgent clinic and a another pharmacy. The staff is rude, they are not helpful and nice people. I wish I could give the pharmacy and their techs and workers a minus 1(-1). they are the rudest Walgreens pharmacy I have ever used. Their customer service is very poor. They make you wait at the counter 5+ minutes without turning around and just saying I'll be with you in a few minutes, or ten minutes. When they do assist you it's always with a rude, rolling of the eyes, you're wasting my time attitude. Never once have they been courteous. We are from 4 hours away. I had to take my daughter to the dr and took my prescription here not knowing better. When I dropped it off she said it would be 2 hours and 15 minutes before it was ready. I thought that was a lot, but thought maybe they're just busy. Went back to pick it up and the guy said they would have to still mix it and it would be 10-15 minutes. The pharmacist finally came over about 20 min later and said they didn't even have the medicine! How is this pharmacy even open? They weren't answering the phone. The customers in the drive thru were there to pick up orders that weren't ready. All they wanted to do was talk and have fun. Definitely do not recommend. Worst customer service. read more

Rude. Slow. Unsympathetic. Inefficient. A couple of words that come to mind when I think of this location. I've spent countless hours sitting at their drive through pharmacy waiting for the rudest pharmacists in the city to give me a bad attitude about my prescriptions. There isn't much more to say here, this is a clinically rude group of people who don't realize that we have a choice and my new choice is, go to Publix. Where one hour photo actually means two and a half hour photo! I wanted to get two photos I took this weekend printed as 8x10s, and the easiest way to do this was through snapfish...although now that I think about it, apparently it was easier to format my USB drive and go back to Target and pay more. Snapfish told me the earliest time for pickup would be 5:24pm, I submitted it around 4:35, so I figured an hour from that would be more suitable. I just had to wait for an email. 6:30 comes around and I haven't received an email. I call the store. I'm told that they are shorthanded so nobody is in the photo department. Umm...that doesn't excuse you from ignoring one of the key things a photo department does anymore. It wasn't a complex order, it was two damn photos. So when I get there, I'm ignored because they are so shorthanded that employees need to have little arguments with each other. I'm hardly greeted then by the girl who ignored me in favor of yelling at the dude who I think was the one who answered the phone and actually got my order going. So believe me, when I gave her my name I didn't bother to tell her they were 8x10s so she'd have to look through the little bin first...oops. At least he was somewhat nice even though I'm sure he didn't even put two and two together. Oh, and the best part is I had chosen the store farther north on Roswell Road and Snapfish changed it on me without me even realizing it so I didn't even ever have to come here. But that's actually a whole different 1 star review I don't feel like writing just yet. read more

I've been by this Wal-Greens several times over the last few years. Most recently, I stopped by on Sunday to pick up some medicine, so my review is about the pharmacy section. I had some trouble locating what I needed (it was OTC) and asked the pharmacist what he thought. He seemed eager to help me and not put-off at all (unlike some other pharmacists). The best part about this Walgreen's is the cheap candy. Oh goodness, we've purchased many bags of Swedish Fish and gummy bears here over the years...but it's tough to beat the $0.99 price point. I also adore the bevy of beauty products and title assortment of magazines. All the right products to make a girl feel just lovely. Where Walgreen's loses 2 stars are on: 1. Photography service How have disposable cameras not become completely erroneous? I ended up paying $20 for the camera and to have to roll developed. That's the last time I make that such a decision. 2. Customer Service It really depends on who is working that day. Some folks just don't seem to care. There's often a queu forming with only 1 associate working. Not sure the reason, but I guess I just expect simply outrageous service. Guess I'm spoiled...then again, this is Buckhead. Regardless, as long as candy is less than a buck, I'll still go to this Walgreen's. read more

The store itself is good, always adequately stocked, but the real gem is the pharmacist. I went on Sunday, he was all by himself all day, no techs, I asked him if I could wait to get my prescription because I had to be at work at a certain time and couldn't come back. He asked me what time I had to be at work, and even though he was by himself dealing with the customers AND filling the prescriptions (while be exceeding kind, I must add,) he made sure I was able to get to work on time, prescription in hand. The heartfelt care was genuine and apparent. And so very appreciated. read more

This location has been very helpful when it comes to fillinv my prescription s and dealing with numerous insurance changes, etc. Another perk is the fact that i have never had to wait more than twenty minutes for perscriptions to be filled I noticed today that they also have a free charging station outside for electric cars. i thought this was really cool! read more

I frequent this Walgreens, as my office is a mile away. I have never had a problem with the cleanliness of the store, the stock, or the employees. In fact, I have felt like it's always been a pleasant experience for a quick drugstore trip. Today, however, I was met by the rudest cashier, I've ever encountered. I even shockingly said, "Really with the attitude?" when she started with me, and she replied, as if to dare me, "Yeah...I did." And, when I spoke to the manager about her, she saw me, knew what I was doing, and gave me the most I-could-not-care-less-come-at-me, head roll I've ever seen. (in front of her obviously less-than-concerned manager) I'm really confused as to where her attitude came from. I'm also just plainly confused. Poor, poor girl. read more
