Good morning! CVS Store located at 835 NC-24 Albemarle, NC 28001. One star rating due top one…read moreemployee that was kind enough to stop what she was doping and help me find a product. Summary: Walked into CVS hoping to find a dental product. Looked around until employee (wish I knew her name) helped me find what I was looking for. Went to cherck out and nobody at the register. Waited for a good 5 minutes before seeing another employee approach the front counter, but she stopped and kept doing her business. Looked up at where the pharmacists and their workers perch, and not one of them said anything. They looked then went back to doing their own thing. Frustrated, I left the product on the counter and walked out of the store. Employees complain about customer's rude behavior and I see that. However, I can understand why sometimes the customer gets rude and upset. This was nothing more than a lazy, self-centered business policy that every single employee at the store (except for the woman that helped me) needs to be admonished for, to include the pharmacists! In short, this store will not be visited again and negative reviews will be passed along to family, friends, and neighbors.

Because all the cost was out of pocket for me until I had met my deductible, I had no idea until months later that the hundreds of dollars out of pocket for me did not go toward my deductible. This has resulted in additional hundreds of dollars I should not have had to pay. I had to pay higher costs for medication in April since it appeared I had not met my deductible this year. The medication costs I paid earlier this year out of pocket is not being applied to my deductible retroactive but rather I'm being charged a higher copay. Now that CVS has now sent the costs to my insurance and CVS is not in network I'm paying more for the medication; I'm required to use mail order AFTER I meet my deductible. Now that CVS has submitted the claims I'm now having to pay a higher copay for the medication I filled at CVS in January and February rather than the amount just going toward my deductible. Due to the inefficiency of CVS pharmacy I have had to pay more than $500.00 additional costs for medication - out of my pocket for me, not CVS. CVS got paid the same regardless. So, why should they care about what the customer had to pay because of their error??

He said they asked him what mg I was taking and he told them he didn't know so they rang it up and sent him off. Would have taken the pharmacist 3 seconds to look it up if he had any common sense. So when I pick up the right medication I'll have to pay again! I talked to the manager named Clair and she said "well then why would you send somebody who doesn't know about your medication to pick them up then." REALLY!! this is a matter over $15.00 I feel could have been easily rectified by a store gift card I would use towards my next prescriprion.

Tonight 07/17/25 we were bombarded and harassed. The woman working in the clothing at 10:30-10:40 was following and being very disrespectful. When I made eye contact with her, she yelled at me and called me a nasty name. I was very confused because we were not doing anything wrong. We accidentally made eye contact with her cause we were browsing the clothes and she was following us. We were confused, but we just went on by her day and then we run across of her again and she yells at my friend who is in a buggy and she's like you shouldn't be on that if you can't fucking drive. My friend proceeded to say back why are you being so rude? She said I'm always rude. Ain't nothing gonna change about me. We said well maybe you should change your attitude and we walked down and she proceeded to continue following us through the store acting like we were about to do something when we weren't. Feeling bombarded, we proceeded to go to check out we checked out. We spent money like we always do and we went on about our merry day. Still in shock we're sitting out in the parking lot currently. Our feelings are seriously hurt from our local Walmart. We may not come back.
