I don't believe any of the other staff actually listened to a word I said. After they ran up an xray bill to hit my insurance, they made a half-hearted attempt at an adjustment that did very little other than some light stretching I could/should have just done at home. They quickly transitioned to an ineffective TENS unit that I mentioned simply does not and will not work for me, then sent me home in the exact same condition more or less(improved from the stretching and BS adjustment/inflamed and cramping from the TENS unit). Desperate and STILL in pain after they sent me home, I went to a competitor, who acted with a real sense of urgency to alleviate the pain and were happy to communicate with and treat me. Given the high ratings and how wicked, awesome Christy at the front desk was, I cannot help but feel extremely disappointed and would also still feel...well...much pain if there weren't many alternatives in this area. The other reviews simply baffle and upset me - why did they get such great service? I went to Freeform Chiropractic about three months ago, and honestly, I was getting close to…read moreconsidering surgery. The tips of my middle and ring fingers on both hands tingled 24 hours a day. If I did any kind of work with my hands -- trimming trees, working in the yard, even trying to play golf -- my hands would go completely numb. I actually had to stop playing golf altogether because I couldn't even finish nine holes before my hands went dead. On top of that, I had a burning sensation around C2-C3, and an MRI a couple of years ago showed six bulging discs and a pinched nerve. I was wearing wrist braces every night because if I didn't, my hands would go numb and hurt horribly. My neck range of motion was terrible -- I could barely turn my head far enough to check for traffic when changing lanes. Fast-forward three months of going to Freeform Chiropractic three times a week, and the difference is unbelievable. My neck mobility has improved dramatically -- I now have full range of motion.
