I trusted his 'expertise' and ASSUMED he would have reviewed my X-rays and MRI BEFORE he laid his deceitful hands on me. He did not. I believe he did more damage to my body by not looking at the x-rays and adjusting my neck and back without knowing what is going on. MY REAL medical doctor agreed with me! As far as the x rays and MRI, when he finally looked at them, he told me my spine and neck were riddled with conditions, and he did not feel comfortable treating me, unbelievable negligence!!!! Beware: all he wants to do is sell the "soft wave" treatment for over $1000 which I found the exact same unit on Amazon cheaper. This was after he told me that only two people in the state of Texas have this; him, and the Dallas Cowboys... Since then I have found tons of groupons for this....half the price he sells his scam for! Do better, be professional. Admit & make right the mistakes. You have an ethical responsibility to do so & a legal one. Your response speaks volumes. (Original) Misdiagnosed & given the incorrect protocol. Explained to both the tech (Sophia) & Dr. Taylor Softwave was painful & unbearable. Told it was part of the procedure. Trusted but confirmed on Feb. 3rd with an MRI a Baker's Cyst/Sprain needed to be addressed. Dr. Taylor encouraged continued treatments & my condition worsened.
