Besuch am 08.05.2011 um 18Uhr Massenabfertigung...Nie wieder!!! Keine Tischzuweisung...20 min auf die erste Bedienung gewartet.Lasagne kam nach 5min der Bestellung...deutet auf keine frische Zubereitung hin Pizza kam nach 30min war kalt und verbrannt, nach Beschwerde, wurde Pizza aufgewärmt wieder gebracht...da war dass Fass voll...in jeder DDR-Mitropa war Service besser, kein Wort der Entschuldigung oder Entgegenkommen, Kundenservice gleich Null...man wurde noch Dumm angemacht!!!....Nie wieder!!!... read more

Wir haben unsere Weihnachtsfeier mit 30 Personen im Restaurant Waldkasino gefeiert. Wir waren vom Service, Ambiente und der Sauberkeit des Restaurants sehr angetan. Das Essen war in einer ausgezeichneten Qualität - wir mussten auf dieses nicht sehr lange warten. Wir können dieses Restaurant einfach nur weiter empfehlen - besonders der Wintergarten. Die über das Restaurant gelesenen negativen Kritiken sind uns absolut unverständlich, da wir schon seit mehreren Jahren Gäste des Waldkasinos sind. read more

Ein schöner Tag im Waldkasino ausklingen lassen. Wir sind freundlich empfangen worden und haben einen tollen Platz bekommen. Das Restaurant war gut besucht, aber es ging alles Super schnell. Ein kostenloser Sektempfang und sehr leckeres Essen - Wir haben keine 10 Minuten gewartet und schon kamen Pizza und Nudel frisch zubereitet und lecker angerichtet zu uns. Uns hat's sehr gut gemundet. Diesen Ort kann ich gerne empfehlen. read more
