Everytime I've been in here the staff have been so rude. I completely understand the health problems right now, and I respect the rules. However, I came early in the morning and there were only a few cars. Before I walked up I saw a man duck underneath the caution tape and go in, the greeter said nothing to him and let him in and even welcomed him in. By the time I walked up the other man was long gone, like I said there was only a few cars there, and I can not see a single customer anywhere. So I ducked under the caution tape also, and walked into the store. The greeter told me I had to leave and walk all the way around the caution line. So I said "You want me to leave and walk all the way around that?" Like I said, NO ONE WAS AROUND. Had there been other people I completely understand, but there was no one around and he let a man go in with no problems.
Another time I was here a worker told me to get out of the aisle so she could stock things on the shelf. I have worked several years in the customer service industry and I have never been allowed to treat people like this.
I tried kindly talking to one of the workers and asking her what she thought about it and she just laughed and said it wasn't right that the man did that. read more
