Her bad attitude continued and got worse as I became more and more frustrated wit her unhelpful responses. From the moment I spoke to her it was as if I was an annoyance instead of being a potential new customer who is looking to be put at ease and convinced of spending some money with them. If they were the last Notary in the world I wouldn't do business with them. When I mentioned this, she hung up on me! Says it all. This was in stark contrast to the politeness and total helpfulness shown to me by another notary who I shall leave a review on once I have concluded my business with them.
