I had the initial consultation, an x-ray, the diagnosis, given an ankle brace and directions, and discharged, all in a reasonable amount of time. It took about 5 mins & then another few minutes to get the form. It was quick and painless. I took off a star because the office and seating was dirty and disgusting were we sat. It needs a cleaning in certain areas for sure. We will definitely go back if we ever need another physical...especially for $10.

Now, fast-forward over 5 years later, we, the residents, have to wait for months to get things fixed in our town homes; more importantly, we are being ignored by the management team in the business office, (in Hedingham - Neighborhood in Raleigh, NC) when it comes to maintenance work ( which is a way that you can get out of your lease early by the way). I say we because there are other residents who have been complaining about how the management ignores their request to get things fixed in their home. People have been leaving because this company does not want to fix A/C units, along with other things. I personally have been complaining about parking, the cleanness in the neighborhood (dirty), my toilet, along with other concerns. I have reached out to the management team so many times, but they only respond to emails that they want to respond to. I have reached out to Brian who's over the management team, in Hedingham, for the last two weeks, but he refuses to respond to me.There are over 4 people in my community now that I know of who is also extremely upset about the customer service and the decline of the up-keeping in this neighborhood. I came in for a long lasting pain relief injection in my spine and I was very nervous. I voiced my concern and felt respectfully reassured and treated with compassion. Dr. Avila-Calles is a great doctor. He is friendly and listened completely. He did my procedure quickly and with minimal discomfort that he was always 2 steps ahead explaining to me what discomfort I might feel as he worked. He was right and knowing it was coming helped me not to panic. The odd feeling faded within a minute. I need to reiterate how reassured I felt with how Dr. Jose treated his staff, they felt like a real Team.
