Berry White

Wake & Bake is a vibey space with various eye-catching pastries and colorful drinks that make you want to come back and try something new every time! Hence, I used to think everything was infused with THC, but the barista, Josh, explained that you can get any of the drinks without THC and that only the pastries are all infused. However, it's a little pricey with the infusion, but I enjoy my drinks without it nonetheless as the flavors are always enjoyable. Additionally, the cafe has a lounge area in the back where you can find Uno cards and Giant Jenga, making the whole experience fun if you're with friends and family. The art displayed on the walls and the ones for sale are also a great addition to the cafe's aesthetic.  I would highly recommend trying the Berry White Lemonade (featuring Raspberry, Blueberry, and Strawberry flavors) or the Green Goddess Tea (featuring Sweet Matcha, Mango, Lemonade, and Coconut Milk). However, I preferred Josh's modification of the Green Goddess Tea - he replaced the coconut milk with their Macadamia milk, which made the drink even better by sweetening the matcha and mango combination that I already found intriguing. In the end, I really enjoy my visits to Wake and Bake, my drinks, and my conversation with Josh. What a guy!

Taking the high road ‍ Tried @wakenbakery_logansquare for the first time which was a lot of fun to look around at all the goodies they had and what was infused in them! The drinks at the cafe are not infused unless you want them to add in something for you all you have to do is ask:) The service there is super helpful and they are really kind plus the ambiance is so fun and you're able to sit in there and chill with your friends or bring work to do and stay awhile:) pictured here is the double dream mocha iced latte and strawberry cough lemonade the food items are oatmeal pie, sugar cookie, Rice Krispies, and 2 mini cheesecakes! It was honestly a fun experience and definitely worth a check if you're around one of the shops!

The staff were all very welcoming since we walked in. The lemonades we ordered we're delicious and the they quickly were able to get us high. I love all Wake n Bakery locations I've tried, however, this one has the best atmosphere & actives that help enhance your experience. Highly recommend if you're in the area :)

Wake n Bakery is a coffee, drinks, and bakery shop in Wicker Park. They baked goods are cannabis infused and you can get the drinks infused too. I tried the Pink Crush Kush tea (not infused) which was incredibly refreshing. The art, space, and staff are so welcoming. The music & playing in the cafe what drew me in. Nice spot that is open daily, check it out. Pink Crush Kush- House Fav Tea with passionfruit and hibiscus finished with lemonade and coconut milk

Soooo cute good service! Nice selection of edibles!! A really cute space!!! They have lemonades, teas, cookies, mini cheesecakes etc. I forgot to take a picture of the mini cheesecakes and the free sugar cookies I got. I will be back!! If you purchase anything this month you get free cookies with you purchase BUT you have to ask for it!

Came in on a Friday afternoon. Not too busy only about 3 people in line and they got to us quickly. The worker at the register was well informed on the most popular vs her favorite drinks and letting us know all the differences to pick the right one. I didn't get her name but she had glasses and a purple beanie if you want someone very informed. The strawberry cough was so good i definitely downed it. My first time being in one of these places and everything you'd expect. A ton of 2 chainz on the soundtrack and chill atmosphere. A ton of pastry options but i stuck with the drink because it my first time drinking something infused. Definitely enough couch room to sit around be comfortable for awhile.

Electric lemonade

Wow. This was quite an experience. First of all, this is such a cute place! Me and my friends went together because we had heard of it but never gone. So well decorated and welcoming, it was fun to be inside. The staff was also super nice and helpful. They checked all our IDs before buying, so you know its legit. There were so many cute treats and sweets in a case, all SUPER high dosage. There was also a cute table which had banana grams on it, so we played for a bit. Well, I did. Taste wise, all our drinks were delicious. My friend got the "electric lemonade," which lived up to its name. It was this crazy blue purple color, and actually tasted electric. It was so sweet and very sour, and left a bit of a taste in the mouth. I got the London twist infused ice tea, which was also good and left a bit of a taste as well. This was to be expected, of course, and I'm used to a bit of a weed taste in edibles, I've had worse. But my one friend that doesn't like the weed taste that much didn't like it, so be expectant of that. Now in terms of dosage. WARNING: these will knock you out. if your tolerance to weed is low, split a drink with someone or only drink half to start. I had heard from another friend that though the dosages seem high (starting at 30mg and going to 90mg), they aren't that pungent, and I would be fine with 30. This wasn't the case for me. When doing edibles, I usually take in the 5mg-10mg range, but I tried the 30mg in my drink, since that was the lowest option available. I drank slowly, and not 20 minutes into my drink, I started to feel it just a little. 45 minutes in, I was already buzzing like crazy. I was on the train with my friend and I couldn't stop talking, but I also kept forgetting what I was saying while I was saying it. We got off the train and went to this estate sale, and I did my best to keep it together. It wasn't the kind of high where I couldn't talk, but it was damn near close. The other thing about this high was that it went on FOREVER. Literally, I drank the tea at 12pm, and by 11pm I still felt a little high. I think I even felt a bit the next morning. Its important to say- do not drink this whole drink if you have a low tolerance like me and have stuff to do that day. I wish I could have done this on a day where I had less stuff to do and less grandparents to talk to, but now I know for the future. I will be back, though. April 20th, I will be the first in line!!

Barbie pink coconut chai

TLDR; Super helpful & sweet service with the STRONGEST HIGH from a drink ever This was my first time visiting this location and I didn't know the store was closing up and was taking my time choosing something, but the baristas were patient & still took my order which was super nice of them. I ordered the Barbie Pink Coconut Chai with the lowest Micro dose and a blueberry Cheesecake for my boyfriend. Side note: a while back, I remember one time my friend ordered a cookie from a different wake n bakery and shared that said cookie with 4 people and we were still victims of the potency. The pink portion of the drink had no flavor so I had to mix it with the rest of the chai but it was still so delicious. And then literally, I had not finished like even half of my drink and I was completely zooted out of this world. It packed a huge punch. Well worth the money lol. Haven't tried the cheesecake YET. But when I do, I will update!! But love the location, it's really spacious and the decorations inside are super cute!! Will be returning again absolutely!!

Woah!!! Gamer changer over here... Anna and Matt made the best experience for my bestie and I. We took a lunch break that never ended... filled with laughs... hourly snacks... and just a damn good time... we tried everything our bodies would allow, not at one time! 1Latte ...2 Lemonades.... 3 cupcakes.... And Bam! Best day ever! See you sooooooon!

My friend lives in the neighborhood so we stopped in for some treats. They have tons of yummy baked goods and drinks (with or without thc). I got the lavender vanilla latte which was so delicious and definitely had me buzzed for a few hours. Everyone there was so sweet and they have a lot of seating. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Wake-n-bakery on Division is the absolute cutest! The interior is so vibrant and inviting , especially with all the games laid out for you and your friends to play while enjoying their drinks or bakery goods. Depending on how much infused you get, the price might shock you a bit, but the good drinks and fun time will definitely have you coming back every now and then.

I heard about this place from my friends as I arrived from O'hare, so of course we headed straight there. We went inside and I was curious of course, walking around and taking pictures of everything and I noticed only one employee was speaking to us. The other two sported matching scowls of indifference. I asked a question about the baked goods and you would have thought I asked for her first born child. The baked goods looked dry as all hell and the dosing was all over the place, with D8 to boot. So wait. We have stink attitudes, unappealing offerings and overpriced D8 infusions??? Yeah, thanks, but no thanks. I was turned off by this point, but we drove all the way here. We ordered 3 non-dosed drinks (teas and lemonades) and a snagged an infused, canned, oat milk latte for later. The Ravenclaw tea was cloyingly sweet, like even after all the ice melted. My friend got some other drinks and they made it through about half, I made it through 1/4 and ended up pouring out. Ugh. The coffee drink was okay flavor wise, glad it was unsweetened, it gave a mellow little buzz, I slept well afterwards. Needless to say I will not likely return.

First time coming I ordered the Wreckage Watermelon and it hits! I will def be back. I enjoyed the berry edge gummies as well. I love the staff and the ambiance.

We got two cupcakes to share -- the purple velvet and the main squeeze. The purple velvet is ube butter cake, ube mousse, and ube cake crumbs. The ube flavor is both sweet and nutty and the mousse topping was light and delicious. The main squeeze is lemon cake filled with lemon curd, cream cheese frosting, and a buttercream lemon on top. Both were incredible, but my favorite was the lemon! I loved that the lemon flavor was light, and the cream cheese frosting balanced it out really nicely. The space is so cute inside! It's also a lot larger than I was expecting. We grabbed a seat at one of the tables inside to enjoy our treats. I will definitely be back with my toddler for a cupcake date soon!

I get the egg, cheese,& hash brown sandwich. The fluffy egg is magic. Potato bun is soft. Hash brown is crispy. The Ube latte is delicious hot or iced. But the star of the show is the pastries. That huckleberry basque is my favorite. Fast, friendly service. The outdoor patio is adorable. They bring your food out to you. Oh yeah, they stop some of the breakfast items at noon though. By the time I completed my order, the pickup time was 12:15pm. However, it's nice to order from wherever you are and know what time to swing by for your pickup. When I got there, the line wasn't as crazy as I've seen photos of, but it was still long. You get to walk inside past the line for online pick up. There's a sign on the counter. They make any drinks you order fresh when you get there, and it's really quick too! Service was very friendly and fast inside! The ube latte was one of the best ube flavors I've had in an ube latte before. Highly recommend! I had it iced. The pork belly adobo (only available on weekends I think) was a little disappointing. It's very possible it wasn't that great because it might've been sitting a few minutes before I picked it up and then it was 15-20 minutes uber back to my hotel to eat it. Food is always better when eaten fresh, so I don't fault them for it. The egg was perfectly cooked. I thought the pork belly would be cut in bigger chunks like their photos online, but they were cut very small. I want to try the breakfast sandwich next time I'm in town. The chocolate chip cookie with dark and white chocolate was big, soft, and yummy. I also got the banana tart which was SO good. It was not what I expected, but the flavors and textures were spot on. They have some benches on the side of their restaurant so if you do online order for pickup, I'd recommend trying to grab a spot there and eat the food fresh. I would recommend the baked goods and ube latte, not sure about the hot food until I can go back and try more menu items.

This is a fast casual spot so service was pretty fast. There is a decent amount of seating, most of which was surprisingly taken around 11am on a Thursday. For starters, they no longer have their rainbow cake! I was surprised to hear that considering how popular it's supposed to be. We got both banana lattes which were extremely sweet. It's basically dessert with a hint or caffeine. I'm a big fan of banana, so I actually liked this but I would've preferred half the sweetness. The Turkey Bacon & Egg Croissant was so good! A solid breakfast sandwich - the eggs were cooked perfectly, the turkey bacon was insanely crispy, and that sambal aioli was just what this needed. I highly recommend adding Avocado like I did for some freshness & creaminess since it's a heavy sandwich as is. The Cinnamon Roll was soft, moist, and not overly sweet. Overall, I really enjoyed this breakfast!

Glorious. One-of-a-kind. Amazing. Definitely some of the best pastries I've had in Chicago…read morerecently. If you haven't made it over to Sugar Moon yet, it's well worth a trek out of the way! We visited around noon on a Sunday, and after reading the reviews here, I wasn't optimistic there would be many pastries left. Maybe I should play the lottery, because luckily there was no line and a pretty good selection of pastries left. The staff were super friendly and there were so many unique flavors of baked goods. We decided to split several and opted for the blueberry cloud cookie, chai cinnamon roll, banana pudding croissant, espresso cornflake cookie, and potato focaccia. The shop was more of a small take-out operation, so we took the pastries to a nearby park to eat. Everything was absolutely divine! The group favorite was the focaccia- the creamy potatoes and cheese brought a rich flavor that was perfectly balanced by the fluffy bread. The chai roll was perfectly soft and delicately spiced, completed with that soft cream cheese frosting and gooey center we all like to see. My personal favorite was the banana pudding croissant- the dough was so crispy that I'm pretty sure others could hear the bite, and there was a generous amount of filling with fresh bananas and visible vanilla beans in the whipped cream. The espresso cookie was super soft- while I couldn't taste the espresso very clearly, I absolutely *loved* the caramel-coated cornflakes topped with sea salt. Super unique and would definitely order again. Despite their decadent appearances, none of the pastries were too sweet. Already plotting a return visit and can't recommend this shop enough!
