Finally broke down and set up an appointment online, got the vast majority of my paperwork and questionnaires out of the way online, and booked it. To be able to get all of those things out of the way ahead of heading to the appointment was so nice. The staff at the center were all amazing. From the wonderful receptionists, to Dari (sorry if I spelt it wrong) who was my assistant and Suzanne Craven who took care of my skin issues--it was amazing. They were thoughtful, listened, provided their expertise and advice, and cared. I truly cannot say enough good things about this whole experience for me. My appointment was mid day on a Monday, I checked in and was seen within minutes. I saw Dr. Huynh. I had 4 different spots on my face taken for biopsies, Dr. Huynh and her assistant gave me the best experience. Every step was clearly explained to me, I was made comfortable for the removal process and it went so fast. I was given multiple samples of sunscreen plus some coupons for full size products. I tend to book either the first appointment of the day or the second in order not to have to wait and be able to get to my job on time but for the second time at this location, I got to my 9:30 appointment early and walked out at 9:40.
