Since this time, I have sent 5 text messages, 4 emails and left numerous phone messages. He refuses to answer or respond to any of them. I called the Apex police dept. where I believe he said he worked and they told me he hasn't worked there for ten years. Today is December 6, 2019 and I haven't heard from him or received my certificate. I believe that I have been scammed.
