It is open until 11 I think, so you might need to pop in to get something late at night. You can park right outside, so this is not a problem, although sometimes, there can be groups of teenagers hanging around outside, which can be quite intimidating. Don't forget you can also use your Tesco clubcard to get points for days out vouchers.

Not so many branded products but I've only ever bought one thing (pickle) which I couldn't eat. Would recommend their sausages, cheese, cooked meats - deli, ice cream (brill), beers and lagers, squash, fruit and veg oh and nuts!!! Also do some good christmas things - choc for tree/table. Well worth a visit. Each week they have 'specials' on - you can pick up a leaflet in the store so that you know what's coming.

Visited on a Saturday evening around 6pm and informed cashier of rubbish on floor. The cashier said, oh someone goes round later and clears all of that up. I replied, but if someone slips on it now, it will be too late won't it. With that, cashier got really worried and thought I had slipped on rubbish in store. The cashier then got a colleague to go out and pick rubbish up. Because this company is German and not English, they obviously think health and safety rules do not apply to them, like every other company in the UK. An absolute rubbish tip of a store. I will not be visiting this store again. Worse supermarket I have been in ever !!!

It is on the same site as Homebase and there is good free car parking that they share. There is also a petrol station on site. They sell a good range of clothes and food and some other stuff such as DVDs and small electrical items, as well as magazines, newspapers and cards There is a coffee shop on site and customers toilets. The shop itself doesn't look particularly pleasing but is a fair size and has all the essentials. Queuing up and paying seems to take a while, but I realised the other day that they have tills at both ends of the store and you can pay at the cigarette counter if you are in a rush. They have the baskets which also turn into little trolleys, so its not a problem if you're buying heavy goods, although carrying them back to your car might be. There is no supermarket customer car park, although there is a car park just outside and a place where people can pick up at the back. You can use your nectar cards here as with any sainsbury's which is definitely an added bonus. Very convenient shop in central location and has all the essentials.
