I call at 3:22pm asking when they plan to come . I was told running behind will come August 13 early mid day . It's 325 pm still no delivery. I also have called this number +1 (315) 398-9999 2x today to see what's going on. Goes to a no voice mail set up ! So I would recommend people to record your messages with this company and hope they come ! I read a few negative messages and they seem to have a answer for not providing service they promised ! So if you call this company record all conversation and for proof ! I am a reasonable person and don't like being ignored when promised service. Also when I was polite enough to understand a company can get behind on things. Now here I am leaving a negative post on your webpage. He came out to look at the unfinished project immediately and had it fixed within a week. My initial thoughts when booking this project with RyCoe were nothing but positive and I truly believe now it was not done on purpose. I have a lot of respect for the way he handled fixing this and I will continue to use RyCoe for future projects. I am extremely satisfied with the end result.. my landscaping looks beautiful. Extremely disappointed in my services from Rycoe. I reached out to them about landscaping and Ryan came out to take a look at what needed to be done so he could give us a quote. I was very specific about what I needed done and it was listed in a breakdown on the invoice perfectly. It took a while for the guys to come out, but I waited patiently anticipating the final product. The end result came out great until weeds started popping up everywhere. My husband kicked the mulch and we both realized landscape paper was never placed under the mulch like it was talked about AND I PAID FOR. I reached out to Ryan in hopes this would get fixed, and he did respond to me stating that he would look into it and get back to me. It has been 8 months with no communication at all. I wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but it feels like I got scammed. I had even originally asked if they could just use the landscape paper that I had bought since I already had it and I was told no. I paid for a product and service (that was very expensive) and did not get at ALL what I paid for. I am extremely disappointed and will never recommend this company to anyone.

Very childish,with no communication skills, had to hire another person to totally rebuild a concrete form he cobbled up, and show him how to dig and lay tile in the yard for drainage, his father did the pouring and not so good finishing of the concrete with ablosultly no help from his kid.....he knows everything but has done nothing. He dosnt listen to the customers needs or wants......he does it his way. He would work a few days and and never showed again for over a week, with no calls or answering of his phone. Don't make the mistake like I did and give him to much money up front....he threatened to quit at times, should have took the loss and went elsewhere. It's hard to find a HONEST and QUALITY contractor anymore.
