The clients that complained may have got themselves into a bad situation and rather than blame themselves took it out on her. I have recommended her to others with no issues but they all had HIGH PRAISE for her but that did not surprise me as she is very honest she gets the job done. You could not meet a better person or find a better lawyer she is good the client comes first and when there is kids involved they are the priority the way it should be. The email form was right off their website. What did I hear back? Crickets... nothing. Why encourage people to send an email when there is not going to be a response?? Even if everyone but one person is away on vacation, surely that one person can reply to the email to just say... we received your email and someone will be able to call you on (date). These lawyers may be the best in town but it is not worth much if you cannot get ahold of them.

She held back $2500.00 for a survey needed on our house we were selling. After 7 months she has not returned the remainder of our money. After calling for three hours she finally picked up her phone. She had told us over and over that she is looking into returning our money. She has no staff on phones to take messages and refuses to answer emails, phone calls, or texts. She is the worse lawyer ever. We have bought and sold a few homes and have never experienced this before. I say DO NOT USE HER EVER!!!!! She is keeping the amounts under a certain number so that she can only be sued in small claims court. I would give her zero stars if they had that on here. We have put in a complaint with the LAW SOCIETY OF ALBERTA. We really hope that they are able to do something to protect others from being scammed by her.

Multiple emails were sent and not returned, disbursements weren't calculated in a timely fashion, and my realtor had to call a number of times to have the keys released. The other documents had numerous spelling errors and font irregularities, and requested edits were not made. It was a really frustrating process that we paid a large sum of money for. I would not recommend using this lawyer.
