The approach is very individualized. This is not a "one size fits all" clinic. I received a second opinion and was referred to several PTs, ultimately choosing Ondrusek's Sports Medicine. I am glad I did. My recovery progressed smoothly from week to week and after about 4 months I was released to practice and build muscle on my own. No follow-up surgery required.
