Plenty of room on the lawn out front to wait and even some outdoor games to play. We were called and seated at about 25 minutes; we had requested a table on the patio so my niece's dog could come along. Tulip's is located in a large Victorian house with a wrap around patio all overlooking the lake, the perfect place to relax and enjoy a summer brunch. Our server was great, friendly and helpful; orders are taken on a tablet and sent wirelessly to the kitchen. The menu has one side of breakfast items and the second side of lunch items. The food is slightly upscale without being overly fussy. There are some vegetarian items and others that can be made vegetarian by just leaving off the meat items. I ended up ordering the classic french toast, others at the table ordered sandwiches, corned beef hash, and omelets. Despite the restaurant being busy the food came out in about 10-15 minutes, all of the food being delivered by several servers; our server did check in to make sure that everything was delivered and that we were enjoying out food. Everyone enjoyed their food, portions were good, the food was well presented. My french toast was very good, carmalized on the outside custardy on the inside, slightly sweet and savory. It was presented with whipped butter and syrup. A nicely done classic and a great brunch. I would highly recommend Tulip's, a great place for breakfast and lunch. It seems like Chautauqua and Mayville have already figured it out and they are busy and doing well.

My wife had the French toast, which she had had the day before, her friend had eggs, toast, and bacon, and I had the brunch madame. Let me warn you, if you order this, you will be a bit surprised when it arrives at your table. It is massive. But beyond being massive, it was perfectly toasty and cheesy on top with layers of ham and Bechemel inside, and it sat in a pool of glistening hollandaise sauce. Our server, Misty, laughed when I told her that it should come with a disclaimer, but it was honestly one of the best things I've ever eaten for breakfast. It came with a side of breakfast potatoes and a perfectly soft poached egg nestled on top. To top it all off, the coffee was divine. Misty told us it was from Erie Street coffee and they sell it at the restaurant. Note that if you're going to go here, they close at 2:30. But it's definitely worth the trip and we will definitely be back.

The coffee itself is very tasty, they have a fairly comprehensive menu, and had plenty of options. One thing I was actually stunned about was the low prices. A breakfast of two eggs, bacon and home fries was only $6.99. I jumped in and ordered a couple upgrades including a pancake on the side and the peameal bacon. Again, this was one of the most amazing meals I've had. I had never experienced this type of bacon before, and now I am absolutely hooked. Everything overall was cooked perfectly. Seasoned excellently and I can't say enough nice things about this place. Service was on point, food and atmosphere was all there. Bottom line? I will definitely be hitting this place again, and you should too. The pasta noodles are made in house and are fantastic. The cleanliness is top notch. Attention to detail is noticeable in absolutely everything. And the cost for all of this was shockingly reasonable. This place could absolutely charge so much more for their amazing service but you can tell there is no greed. It would be easy to fill up on that and miss out on the wonders of the meal that's coming. I started the meal off with their Caesar salad which was absolutely perfect. The right amount of dressing lettuce was second to none and it was one of the most delicious Caesars I've had. I opted for the gnocchi oso buco ragu, which was absolute perfection. Be careful though, these gnocchi are no joke. The taste will keep you eating all of them and you will absolutely be ready to take a nap afterwards. Bottom line? If you are looking for fine dining in the Niagara falls area, you would be doing yourself a disservice not going to this restaurant. It's absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend it!
