I understand libraries are known as 'quiet' places. But these should also be safe places for children. This is a free place for children to come for parents and families who may be low income and deserve to have access to resources such as these. I'm DISGUSTED at the level of disrespect and abuse that has been directed towards parents in this space by Gretchen. It is abuse to talk to anyone in the manner in which she has and is completely unacceptable and inappropriate. Especially in the presence of children... I was astonished to hear that so many people have similar experiences and that is absolutely unacceptable.
