A pleasant interaction is standard every time I go in, Lulu is in good hands. She went in once with an ear infection which I had missed. It was treated and forgotten about. It has been five hair cuts since the infection, when I pick her up we have the usual salon conversation with a full report on both ears. Truly amazing they noted that detail and check for me every time. I never worry about my Lulu while she is in their care. If you can get your dog in, your dog will be in caring hands. Rates are standard, I see no advantage even trying out a different groomer. All the best!

He has that great attitude toward people ( owners of the pet), that in difficult times makes you feel better and not worry. My little pooch Zoe had to have her tooth extracted based on Glenmore Landing vet clinic vet exam with estimated about $1800. I searched on FB among my neighbors who had good experiences and where. Someone suggested Okotoks vet clinic. I called immediately. Zoe was booked. Everything fel into right place after that. ALL seemed ok. Kim was fantastic over the phone. Staff on the day of the appointment was fabulous ( 30.06.22). All of them were kind, friendly, comforting and very professional.
