Everything seems fine at first, but she began to use high pressure sales tactics to make us sell sooner or cancel with Anderson. Constantly asking if we were close to selling, or how we could sell faster. She also began to state other buyers were interested in the home we were in contingency with. A home that my wife and I planned on living in forever, and had deposited over 13,000 dollars to secure it. All the efforts on our part seems to slow for Anderson, and the sales manager made it seem we were an inconvenience . Absolutely sad and disappointed we were treated this way by a what I that was a highly rated builder and real estate agents. Especially missing out on a home we looked forward to living in, and will never be able to have. I can say I will never have anything good to say about Anderson homes to another person or veteran.

My husband and I went to U-Save Rockery in Morgan Hill yesterday to pick out rocks for place…read moresettings for our son's upcoming wedding. We've purchased rocks here for several of my rock-painting projects over the years, and we've always had a great experience, but yesterday's visit really stood out. When we first arrived, the gentleman in charge at the front was incredibly kind and patient. I didn't catch his name, but he took the time to explain exactly where we needed to go, how to select the rocks, and what we needed to do. He was so helpful and made the whole process easy. Once we got to the rock area, another gentleman with a mustache, who was operating one of the machines, came over and asked if we would like him to mix up the rocks so we could see some of the ones underneath. We said yes, and he took the time to do it for us. He absolutely did not have to, but because he did, we were able to find some much better rocks for our project! He then went a step further and showed us another area where there was a hose so we could wet the rocks and see their beautiful natural colors. That was such a helpful suggestion, especially since we were looking for specific rocks that we could paint and use as personalized wedding place settings. It may seem like a small thing, but those little moments of patience, helpfulness, and genuine customer service made such a difference to us. We were there for a special project, and these two gentlemen made the experience even more enjoyable. I've gotten rocks from U-Save Rockery for many different painting projects over the years, but this visit was especially memorable. Thank you, U-Save Rockery, for having employees who take the time to help customers and who are willing to go the extra mile. The location for me is perfect here on the…read moreWest Side..we are centralized by grocery stores, schools, restaurants etc. Every thing is in walking distance. The staff are constantly working and are extremely Friendly. Mr. Frank goes above and beyond for us tenants. and Ms. Cressa is very approachable and responds promptly in my own experience. I feel extremely safe here with the community and all the working staff. Cypress Pointe is a part of my life journey!
